I used to go to the Blimpies in Rutherford. It sucked. My wife has been trying to get me to go to this one in Bayonne, but I told her I hated Blimpies. I finally gave in and tried it- Amazing! Im guessing each one is run differently. The bread and cold cuts at the Rutherford location are sub-standard. In Bayonne, they use Thumans lunch meat, and the bread is super fresh. The staff are pretty expedient with your orders and they have that Bayonne attitude that is kind of funny. Great place!

Just offered from here. Sandwich is OKAY, not great, not worth $12.00.The Blimpie on JSQ is way better. Customer service is not good at all. I called and the lady taking my order sounded annoyed that I was asking questions. Acting as if I worked there and am automatically supposed to know everything. Got stared at as if Im an alien lol. Customer Service: 1 star Sandwich: 3.5..... maybe a 4. (Bread very soft) If you hate your job, then quit!

I have had had lunch sometimes dinner many times. They are always fast when you call for delivery. They use a special bread at this location (comes from Newark), and I think thats what sets this location apart from other Blimpie locations. A half is enough to feed one, and large is great for two. Sometimes Ill get a large and cut it into small pieces to share with friends as a snack. Ive never had a bad experience here.

there are only 3 Blimpie Bases I would eat at and this one is number 1! Love the BB with everything! the other 2 is the one in Hoboken and the one on Central Ave. in Jersey City. Other then those I wouldn;t even bother.. especially the one uptown Bayonne... TERRIBLE!

My favorite sub shop. Since I have moved out of town I cannot find a place to even compare Blimpie. The staff is great and the food is amazing. I drive back to Bayonne just to get one.

Agreed, you never had a real blimpie sub until u had one from here, its not a real blimpie if its not from this original blimpie base, love them, and very loving and caring people
