MY MIND WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN: Came here on June 2nd, it was in the morning and I didnt expect it to be too busy, but it kinda was. My family and I came to Red Robin to eat and the food was great. Absolutely love it. Although it was a little slower than normal but worth the wait. Service was awesome! But what takes the cake is my 14 year old boy having a lifetime experience i guess you could say. Apparently our server is a big YouTuber and internet sensation..? My kid recognized the server right away and got extremely excited. The server was very nice and communicated very well with my son who kept asking a lot of questions which I apologized for many times. But the server did not mind, he interacted with my son and made his whole year. My son ran to the car and got paper and even asked the server for an autograph and he got one! I dont anything about YouTube or whatever he watches but apparently this server is very well known on the internet and my son was filled with joy for meeting him. Thank you Red Robin for that experience! We will be back and hopefully get him as our server again!

I had called ahead for an order to go, and gave them 30 minutes to have the order of two hamburgers with fries ready. I got there right on time, and then had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food. Apparently there was a problem with the credit card processing system, which I understand it happens. Their solution was to make us wait, and then when they finally came up with a fix, handed us our food, which was now cold. Hence the three stars. They did apologize, but if you have someones food sitting there for almost 20 minutes in a box, maybe put some fresh fries in it, at least, or offer a complimentary beverage while we sit and wait. The location was fairly clean, but the food looked thrown together. Probably just a busy moment but it was still a 3 star experience.

One of the best Red Robin locations Ive been to, the service is outstanding. Red Robin emailed me an online coupon good for to-go orders which I wanted to use. When it came time to pay for my bill the waitress tried to use the discount however there were issues since I didnt have the Royalty card with me. Manager stepped in and honored my coupon regardless that I didnt have my rewards card with me. She took my cell number linked to the rewards card to try it this way and for some reason my cell number linked to my card wasnt going through either. Manager was understanding and she could have denied me the discount but she didnt. Now that is customer service! My food was delicious and I will gladly patronize this establishment in the future.

This is a solid burger and fries joint. You cant go wrong. Im partial to the royal red robin burger. They have really expanded their kids menu selections. Lots of options beyond most restaurants. During our last visit I went for the Garlic Herb fries and would not recommend them. The first basket brought to me had no herbs or parmesan cheese. It was incredibly oily. Like all the fries were coated with an extra layer of grease. It also had lots of clumps of minced garlic. The flavor was OK but it looked very unappetizing. I pointed it out to our waitress and she immediately resolved the issue. Perfect customer service. I will be going back in the future, but Ill be sticking to the steak fries.

Waitress was exceptional. Not thrilled with the wiay the kitchen plated my meal. Ordered the seafood scatter that consists of 2 fish filets, shrimp and clams and slaw and fries (I substituted a cup of soup for the fries but got fries anyway) and they crammed it all (except the soup) into a little burger basket. Have you ever heard of platters? In addition, the seafood was on top of the slaw. Sorry, this is not acceptable. Do better!

Im from Vermont, and I never ate at a Red Robin before. I was traveling down to D.C and we stopped in Chambersburg to have dinner. My family and I had an amazing experience here! Food was awesome, didnt take long at all. Josh was our server and he was phenomenal! Ive never had a server interact with kids like he did with mine. He was very friendly. We will definitely comeback when we make our way back to home!

Have gone to this restaurant many times with my family over several years and dont recall ever having a bad experience as far as the service goes. The majority of the time the food has been perfect, and i love the ambiance of this place. 5 stars!

Hardly ever have to wait to be seated. Wait staff has always been great and helpful when indecisive. Seating can get a little crowded, but is hardly noticeable when you have your food. Food has always tasted great and have had no issues!

Always friendly staff and great food. Prices arent too bad in comparison to other restaurants of this type. Kids nights are the 1st Wednesday of the month and are awesome, they even let the kids play the table tablet games for free!
