The food was delicious! The customer service disappointing. We went later in the evening but we were well aware that they closed at 10. We got there around 9:15-9:30. The girl at the counter seemed less than enthused to be there...perhaps because we came in? As we were eating they were putting the chairs up around us at the other tables 15 minutes before closing! As we were finishing eating and were sitting briefly talking, another girl came over immediately to take our trays. At that point we just left because they were practically pushing us out anyway. Ive worked in the restaurant business. I understand that it can be frustrating when people come in to dine late. But if youre open you serve and you certainly dont make the customer feel like they are a burden. I will go back for the food but Ill just have to make sure to go back well before closing time.

Wanted to try new place in town. Wife and i ordered pretty standard, bbq bacon cheddar burgers with smash fries and drinks. Food was good but wasnt anything to rave about. The smash fries were great couldnt imagine how plain the regular fries taste though. The burgers were a bit too greasy for both of us (cut back the butter on the buns). But for what seemed like at best a quarter pounder the price was too much. Total meal came to 25$. You can get way more for the dollar down the street at five guys or even at any other of the numerous sit down restaurants in the area.

The whole eatery was very dirty. Food was all over floor and the tables were covered in grease. The chicken on grilled chicken sandwiches was paper thin and not worth the price, but the sandwich was very tasty. Additionally, the fountain drink dispenser only had 3-4 syrups and the rest were water. Lastly, the bathroom has flickering lights, no hand soap, and no paper towel/air dryer.

Was in a hurry. Ordered fries to go. Waited 10 minutes even though it was not busy. Turns out the fries had been made up as I ordered them, and were of course cold when I got them... Didnt have time to complain and wait for new fries. Pretty disappointing experience, fries tastes decent I guess? Hard to say when the are cold and saggy.

This place has slowly grown on me. I was never a fan of the matchstick fries when they first opened and since theyve changed to normal fries I really have nothing to complain about. Service is quick and the food is consistently good. Dont forget to bring a coupon. They have no issue honoring them.

I thought the burgers were great, but the fries were pretty mediocre. $12 for counter-service bacon cheeseburger, fries and a drink is a little excessive. At a sit-down restaurant, sure... but for counter service, its priced a few bucks too high. Friendly service though.

So happy to find a great gourmet to go burger place. The first time we went there we had a wee bit of an issue with too much oil left on the fries but they seem to have worked out the kinks. I like the fact that I can get a good quality chicken burger and a sweet roll

Over $25.00 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 fountain sodas. A bit pricy. Ordered the Western NY Burger. Was suppost to come on a Kimmelweck roll. It was a regular bun with 4 caraway seeds and about a half dozen specs of salt. Poor excuse for Kimmelweck.

Their food isnt only reasonably priced, but visually appealing, delicious and juicy. The staff and service were also fantastic. Just about everyone who works here seems to have genuine care for the food they prepare and those who are eating it.

Good service and interesting options for burgers but the actual burger part is lackluster. A good choice if you want a fancier bigger than five guys. They do have veggie and chicken burgers for the non red meat crowd.

Food was delicious, but overpriced, especially for the amount of food you get. Two burgers, fries and drinks should not cost almost $30, unless perhaps its a regular table service restaurant.
