So similar to Matthews post a few months ago. Walked in tonight and person taking our order couldnt say a greeting. No hello, no welcome to BGR, no eye contact, nervously fiddled with the counter until I welcomed myself and said hello. I have no issue with the nose rings and rods poking out of places but youve got to greet folks, smile, etc... Good burger. No complaints there. Nothing over the top but a good burger, cooked to order, pretty quick.. Fries never came. When called up for the burgers, the cook said hed need another minute for the fries and would bring them to the table. Never happened. Was full enough when done with burger, didnt need fries so didnt bother asking again.. Also, no ketchup. Literally, tables all stocked with mustard, relish, etc. but no ketchup bottles. What burger/fries place forgets or runs out of ketchup? To their credit, guy in the back produced small ketchup cups when asked but not sure what happened to all folks after me tonight. Overall, seemed like a decent burger but disappointed in the immature employees and poorly run. Too long of a review here for a burger joint but kills me when people cant be welcoming, engaging,.. felt uncomfortable from the vibe of the place. Had high hopes here as Ive heard good things from other BGRs.

Wow! Thats all I can say, and not in a good way. This place replaced Elevation Burger which I loved. I came in to try it out the the young lady at the front of the counter made eye contact with me then shuffled around and I moved closer to the register and she mess with the tip jar and made eye contact again as I said "hello" then stepped away and gestured for another employee wearing an apron (not sure his role) to come over and help me. This whole awkward exchange took place over about 30 seconds which is a long time in the fast food world. Once the other employee came over and said something resembling "hey" I said "no thanks" and turned around and left. I dont expect much from a fast food joint but I expect more than this. I wont be back. Miss you Elevation Burger!

The food and service are OK and I will probably eat here again on some occasions, but I feel as though I would have felt more satisfied spending my $11 elsewhere than on a basic cheeseburger and a drink. The staff are friendly, but when I read "flame grilled" I imagine a flavorful and slightly smoky tasting burger cooked over a flame to bring out the flavor. Instead I watched the grill keeping the burgers inside the flame much of the time to the point that most of the flavor was overpowered by the taste of the burned edges of the meat despite my burger being cooked medium.

Over priced for an average burger. Save your money, go to five guys instead. In response to the owners post below, the "Award winning burger" tastes like a shoe, aND to add cheese to the burger costs an adsitional dollar, and thats not even adding on other toppings. Yea, bgr is cheaper than 5 guys, if you are getting a plain hamburge on a bun. At least with 5 guys the burger tastes good, and comes with whatever you want on it. So no, its not cheaper than 5 guys, its not as good as 5 guys, and you are better off spending your money at 5 guys.

The food was good (price was ok with coupon), service was fast and friendly. The problem to me was the overall lack of cleanliness; we came in on a Saturday before noon (no other customers) and the restaurant was filthy. It look liked they had not cleaned the night before; the tables were dirty, crumbs and debris all over the floor, the soda station was sticky, even the food pick-up area needed a good wipe down. Due to the lack of basic cleanliness practices I cannot recommend this establishment or will I go back.

As burger shops seem to be popping up everywhere BGR seems to stand out from the crowd offering a great selection of burgers to choose from. Prices are a little on the high side but worth it over cheap fast food restaurants. That being said my first time into the store they got my order wrong which was the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Since I live a little far from the store it wasnt worth going back but it did lessen my overall experience so check your order before you leave!

Just ok. Over $13 for a cheeseburger, fries and drink is a bit steep for this type of establishment. At that price it better be a really good burger and it wasnt. Asked for medium, got well so it wasnt as juicy as it could be, nothing special about the bun or the fries. There were items on the menu that they no longer carry...huh? Oh and the place smelled like chargrilled which explains the state of my burger. Much prefer when this location was Elevation Burger.

I went in to get my Togo food today only to see one of the employees take food (French fries) out of my bag and put them on another customers plate that was in the restaurant. When I said something about it to the cashier the response I received was, "Well, it was only supposed to be a kids meal and we didnt have enough for the second plate." Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If these are BGRs standards, Im disappointed.

I was in there a few weeks ago and bought a burger. DELICIOUS!!! I went back today, just came from there and ordered a cheeseburger with cheddar, pickles, fried onions, lettuce, mayo, catsup, and mustard. When I got to the car, I had cheeseburger with cheddar, pickles, burnt onions(they were black), cut off the very ends, tuff and very big pieces,pickles, and lettuce. AWFUL! Maybe just having a bad day, I hope.

I was going to come try this place today but after reading the reviews and not being a fan of places like elevation burger and smash burger or five guys, my family and I decided we would probably enjoy ourselves more at red robin. So far they have the best burgers to me. The prices and the reviews of the burgers just being OK are what scared us away.

$21 for a burger, fries, and strawberry shake. Waited almost 30 minutes to get it. Burger was eh (Greek burger, ground lamb, Tsaziki, etc). If you want a burger go next door to Madrones. Its better and probably faster and cheaper.

The worst service ever. The restraint only had two families in the building and they still couldnt get orders right. The employees were heard arguing the entire time. Im disgusted with this place and lack of service. Never again.

This guy below me is lame, elevation burger was trash, been there once never again. BGR is the greatest I cried a tear of joy when I discovered elevation burger was being replaced by BGR.

Best veggie burger ever! I have not had a more delicious veggie burger. If you like chunks of fresh garlic, get the garlic fries. Sweet potato fries are good too!

Got take out. The Ruben burger was very good. Takes awhile for order to be prepared, but thats expected when the burgers are made to order.

Burgers are OK but when you factor the price theyre not all that good. Dont know why some would pay that much for a burger.
