This place has great food and even better staff and family owned and run and the " home tea " is to die for, maybe its just the great food and the fact that they will help you pick something to eat to fit your mood , or the fair price, I also like the area and the vibe of the 12th street, and the Beef Chow Fun ( OMG) I bet youll kiss the cook. Taste everything they make it right Been going there for 15 years tried mist if the China restaurants in town Chinatown town to , not bad but cant hold abstucj to TSIM YUNG

We tried Tsim Yung on New Years Eve. General Tsos chicken was passable (well order it spicy next time). Singapore Mei Fun is an _excellent_ noodle dish with hints of curry(?). Pan fried noodles were pretty good, except for the fake lobster meat. Seafood dishes came with jumbo shrimp; vegie dishes had fun stuff like bamboo shoots and baby corn. Overall: very decent takeout.

Im giving 3 stars only because Im a big appetizer fan and the appetizers here arent much to speak of. Their main dishes are good, however, and their delivery is usually pretty quick. I also like that they charge your credit card on a portable machine right in front of you when they deliver. Overall....just ok, but definitely not my faborite.

The wonton soup was ok, but the wontons were very doughy. The egg rolls were great. However we ordered the hunan chicken, sesame chicken, chicken fried rice and szechuan beef and were severely disappointed. The hunan chicken as well as the fried rice were just inedible. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Poor customer service. My order was to come with a Mystic juice. The young driver waits till he gets here to tell me they bought a rock creek instead. Mind you, he doesnt come to the door. He sits in car with door open waiting for me to come. After blowing the horn 10 times in 1 minute.

I see all these great reviews thats why I picked this placed.my experience was not like that.the shrimp fried rice was over cooked and gross,they just screwed up my steak and cheese.ummmm its a no for me#are the people making these post about how good they ate family members lol

They offer vegetarian TVP / Mock meat. REALLY GOOD, I prefer the fake beef. Leftovers keep well and sauces dont congeal like every other chinese place I have ever been to. Give me the impression of using better ingredients but who knows.

This is our neighborhood go-to chinese spot! The singapore noodles & general tso chicken are our regulars & they are tasty, just what u expect & need on a "take out night"...their delivery is fast and consistent! Cant go wrong.

They charged me for a soda they did not include. The food was 15 minutes late. The food was soggy and one dish was dry and absolutely tasteless. One of the worst Chinese take-out places Ive ever tried anywhere.

I had a bug in my food and they tod me it was seasoning and did not want to give me my money back. They told me I ate some sou and it was not full so they cant refund my money. Dont eat at this place.
