A friend and I ordered online - which was easy and brilliant, but from when we set foot inside the building to when we finished our food we were extremely displeased. Ill openly say, we should have checked our bags to make sure everything was right, as we were standing there waiting for over ten minutes and it would have saved us a disappointing meal, but we didnt. Not only did my friend have a burger instead of chicken, it had bacon which she specifically chose not to include, it was missing the bleu cheese she paid extra for, and the hunk of avocado was just sat in the middle of it - not cut up or spread out in the slightest. My burger had mustard, which I never even chose as an option, and lacked the pickles I added. We also ordered a milkshake to go for a friend of ours when we got there, which took nearly ten minutes to make, was first put in a glass to be drank there, then had whipped cream on top when we asked for it without any. For their meals to cost what they do, and for the screens they read everything off of to be as clear as they are - I feel like they should have gotten the orders right. What is the point of ordering at a register, seating yourself to wait for you food, and have it brought it wrong. There was a customer next to us at a table whose meal came out incorrect - that should have been our biggest tip off. We wont be returning.

The food is good and the milk shakes are great but each time the service is poor. I actually stop coming for about a year and when I came back not too much better. There is usually a young staff left unattended and for the area we live in I expect more. This time I saw curly hair out with no hair nett, a curly head myself I find this unacceptable. At least this time my food wasnt cold. The need real adult supervision. This place should be pack and serviced by ppl who understand the area. Chic-fil-a across the street kills it, but they understand customer service. This place has healthier menu items but the service is Always below standard. I have intended to write reviews in the past but this time I had too. I realize good businesses fail not always because of management but because of those on the front line, customer service! The photos are what I found in the middle of what I thought was enjoying my meal. I hope corporate takes note.

The food is not bad, however, the place NEEDS a top-to-bottom cleaning ASAP and employees could learn the value of "service with a smile". Ive been twice, both times just after opening, and there was dirt and crumbs everywhere. The tables did not look like they had even been wiped down, to include the drink machine area. The area around the trash cans was filthy, crumbs and trash everywhere. If the front of the house looks like this, I can only imagine what the back where the food is prepped and made looks like. I wanted to like this place, I went twice over spaced out visits of a couple months. But the lack of cleanliness disturbs me, even more so at a place that handles and prepares my food. I might reconsider my decision to not return to this place should I start reading more reviews about a change (for the better) on their cleaning habits.

Always tolerated the slowness and lack of avocados, but today was just inexcusable! My husband and my order came out, but not our children. After 30 mins of waiting and no answer(s) for the delay, my husband took the boys and left to a nearby restaurant so our kids could eat. We did not touch our food as we were waiting for theirs to come out. I was able to flag whom I assumed was a manager, and asked for a refund. Another 20 mins went by, and I was asked to leave my name and phone number. I walked out pissed, hungry and no refund. No food, no service but lost out on $40. Thanks. When I finally got the callback, I am told the company policy does not offer a full refund. So end of the day, paid $40 to be pissed on by Smashburger #1330!

Poorly managed, no organization or leadership, i would have been really upset if I had paid full price for this service. The staff could not work together and there did not seem to be a manager anywhere in sight. A staff member yelled at a coworker for taking more orders when they were so backed up. Some of the employees were rude towards customers. People were leaving the line because it was moving so slow. 20 minutes after we paid we got our food, and this was carryout, not dine in. Could be a good burger joint because the location is great but Im less than impressed with the experience. John Taffer would have had a fit seeing what we saw. The burgers were average at best. Wont be back

Ordered three meals with grilled chicken to go tonight. After waiting 15 minutes I was finally told they were out of grilled chicken but had crispy chicken. When I asked how they were out they said they didnt have anymore grilled chicken thawed out. I thought food was supposed to be fresh. Assuming food was fresh, I suggested they not fry a few pieces and instead grill the chicken. That suggestion was met with a blank stare. I asked to speak with the manager but instead received attitude. The service issues continue to be an issue at this store. The only thing that makes it tolerable is the food.

Ive tried to eat here twice in the last month and both times Ive had to wait at least 10-15 minutes to even order. Theres either no one at the register or sometimes just one person. Theyre understaffed and slow as hell. I ordered a milkshake to go the last time I was there and it took 20 minutes for them to make it and give it to me. At one point I even saw her bring out the ice cream and then leave it on the counter as she went and did something else for like 10 minutes. I love the food here, I just wish they could hire more people or get their act together.

The food was good, but nothing spectacular. I enjoyed the smash fries. The service was awful! The girl at the register was on her cell phone ordering her dinner from another place. The workers were hollering across the dining room at each other. We had to remind the girl up front about the fries we ordered. When we were ordering our burgers, the manager came out and kicked out employee off the register in the middle of our order to run a report. We had to move to another register and start over. Very unprofessional. We will not go back!

This place is dirty. I cant understand why any owner or manager woukd allow their restaurant to look this way. The bathroom looked like it was only cleaned once, from the night before. Food on the floors, tables dirty and sticky. My sons burger came out 8-10 minutes after the other orders but his burger was red and bloody and had to send it back. I should have looked at the reviews before I came but just wanted to try something new. Im not big on leaving reviews but this place really isnt cared well for and it was disappointing.
