This is the best Red Robin Ive been to in VA, and I travel a lot. Even though the last burger I got there at the bar an hour before close was not very dry and seemed to have been reheated, but Im hoping it was my fault for coming in too late. Other than that quality of food and service is much better compared to the other Red Robins Ive been to in the area including the other one in Manassas, Woodbridge, Fairfax, and Chantilly. I love that you can lettuce wrap any burger, you should try it because the taste without the bun seems better to me, the bun numbs the taste of the other ingredients, and the lower carbs help too. I love the Caesar side salad, and the jump starter with mushrooms and zucchini is awesome too. Ashley at the bar is pretty nice too, its a plus when shes working at the bar because she makes awesome drinks and keeps up with phone orders, and all bar customers pretty efficiently. Kudos to all of you guys for being so good!

Terrible. Have not visited this location in approx. 5 years and will not be going back. 1) was not informed how to use tabletop kiosks, 2) was not informed we would be charged a $1.99 "entertainment" fee for using said kiosk, 3) was never once offered refills on drinks or fries, 4) hamburgers WAY overpriced for a small, less than mediocre burger with stale lettuce and tomato, 5) server was frazzled and appeared overworked even though restaurant was almost empty and we were the only table she was servicing in our area, 6) when requested via the kiosk to speak w. server about $1.99 entertainment fee no one appeared, 7) kiosk never provided a total charge after tip was added so had no idea what was being charged to my credit card. Overall, terrible experience, awful food, will not be going back.

This place was way out of the way for us. We went with a large crowd and they accommodated us fairly well, even when our group got bigger. Not sure how the other patrons felt about it, though. I will say that Sunday afternoon is not the best time to visit. They were crowded (even without our group) and the food seemed to take forever, maybe longer. Red Robin has good food, but its pricey. This particular place is too remote for me, and the wait is too much to handle with a young family.

bread was very clearly moldy. I sent it back very politely. The manager came to the table and said it was tortilla strips that got baked in the bread. Then asked if I'd like the soup back. I said no it is was mold and wasn't eating it. Then the waitress made a big production about how they took the soup off the bill. Like I should be grateful I didn't get charged for something that was not safe to eat. We will never go there again.

Good ole Red Robin! I used to visit this location more frequently with our youth group and never remember a bad experience. I always enjoyed my time, especially when Donna was our waitress or if she knew that I was there! Stop in and enjoy a burger or a delicious chocolate milkshake. Go with the larger portion milkshake...trust me!

Even with a few bumbs along had a great time and some great burgers!! The waitress June.G was so nice! She did a good job between running to our table ( up front ) and her other tables ( in the back ) I look forward to eating here again and trying what crazy burgers they come up with

Royal Red Robin Burger hits the spot everytime. For me it is the best sunny side up egg topped burger around. The bottomless fries and drinks are actually more than required for me but add value for my son. This is a family favorite stop for us.

Good food and always nice staff. Whether you want a quick bite or a nice long meal, Red Robin will do fine. Good service with constant refills and checkins with the waiters. Been to this location once, but I know Ill be back.
