The food is great, the service is not. I went yesterday 5/5/17. When we first arrived the restaurant was half empty. As the night progressed the restaurant became busier understandingly. I had to asked for the check 3 times although they needed tables to sit other customers. The hostess, came by and cleaned our table for the next customers as were still sitting there waiting for the check. Whats even worse, we were still collecting our belongings when she brought the next customers to our table. There is no drinks/cocktails menu be warned a virgin margarita would cost 8 dollars while an alcoholic will cost you 9. An alcoholic sangria will cost you 8. Did I mention the prices on the menu often do not reflect the actual prices. They advertised guacamole for a price on the menu and charge you twice the price on the check. Please update your prices, as I ordered the guacamole knowing the price would be double, I just did not care because it was cinco the mayo. I probably will consider giving my business to someone else. Another criticism, I always get the churrasco that runs you for about 24. This time the portion was half the size.

This has got to be the worst place to order from, I made a order for delievery , gave them my address and told him I wanted rice and beans most spanish people always gives white rice and red beans when you say that but to confirm I told him white rice and red beans he said ok, then I say I want chicken and platinoes. He asked if I wanted chicken cutlet I said no , chicken with bones he said ok . My order came up to 16:00 , he takes 45 minutes to get delivered and then when it gets here I have yellow rice that looks over cooked I have black beans that are burnt and I have soggy chicken cutlet , the only thing that came right was the sweet platinoes. And then it took an additional hour to get my money back , because he told me to delievery the food back to him and then I will get my money back so I threatened to report them on every possible post I can , and then finally they decide to give me my money back ... worse place ever

After giving many chances to this place I got tired and frustrated they simply dont care about customers when it comes to delivering, either they forget to send items or they mistake the orders and when people call to complain they have so much attitude and they dont give a damn about you, thank god they are not the only ones in the area and I found this place on lyding ave named " AZUL TEQUILA" They take costumer service very seriously and they food has proven to be as good and cheaper. .this its my new place to order food from now on..I used to spend around 120 a week there, well not more estrellita poblana!! I recommend you people AZUL TEQUILA just Google it ;)

I hoped I would have a decent meal there today. It absolutely blew me away. Service: kind, excellent, and impeccably polite. The physical plant: truly, truly, spotlessly clean. And I mean real clean, not pretend clean. While I was there I saw staff doing real cleaning every minute. The music: very lovely but not so loud that I couldnt read my book. The guac was unbelievably fresh and delicious. But the pernil burrito I ate was simply out of this world. Every ingredient, tasted separately, was delicious. But in concert...OH MY GOD. A symphony of happiness. Will eat my Mexican here from now on. BRAVO!!!

Me and my wife love this place. Decided to try it out from a google explore nearby suggestion. And it was a hit. Great restaurant up keep, clean, not to loud, good Spanish music, and awesome table service. The food was fresh tasting, served timely, and the kitchen is towards the front nice and clean, easily seen but covered up from the outdoors. Pricing was great for the amounts served. You cant go wrong here. Need more places like this near pelham parkway and white plains road.

Best taco chain in the Bronx! Their food is priced welll and their tacos are very generously prepared. The only issue I have is the same issue i have with all other taco spots, they use pre-made tortillas. When you come in on fridays they have live mariachi there to please you with any song you want. Also they just started a happy hour specials that a too good to pass up for a spot in the BX. Its the perfect place to bring your family, date, or just have a good time with friends.

Ask 3 waitresses to put soap in the mens restroom,they didnt do it,had to get it from the womens restroom. Waited around 40 mins for them to start bringing the food,within those 40 mins no waitress came to the table,the a/c was off we were sweeting.Food wasnt good.There was a drunked man in the table next to us trying to have a conversation with me,while Im trying to have dinner with my family until he passed out.

My first time was ok . Drinks disapointed me . The waitress was really nice but other than that no complain until my second this time a delivery and well The one answering wasnt polite at all took my order but never asked my number or adress like ok hang up idk ... I walked into this place at about 8:30, after serving me my drink they didnt return to take my order. There were two other tables that were occupied during this time and 3 waitresses doing nothing. I wish I could have tasted the food but I was never asked if I wanted to eat. The margarita was made of margarita mix and a little tequila.

Service and food was awesome. They sat us down fast. Food and drinks came really fast. They checked on us from time to time. They even gave us free nachos to start off are meal and gave my son a mini pina colada. I recommend this place to anyone who loves Mexican food at a great price with great portions and great customer service.

The food is great, very flavorful, but the waitresses not so good. I told her 3 times i wanted a flour tortilla and she kept bringing me corn. Then they gave me one taco to go as if to tell me to leave. Only thing I suggest is an update of prices on the menu, some items are out of date.

Worst place to order for delivery. More than 3 times i order and they send me the wrong thing i call back and always get an attitude. Also deliveries take forever to arrive I had waited 2hrs for food. Food is good but their service and their treatment thru phone sucks really bad.
