Order is rarely right... I placed an order in the drive thru, was asked to pull around. I waited about 5 minutes, and walked inside. I asked if it was ready and if everything was in the bad, they said yes. I took a minute to check and of course a sandwich was missing. When I told them, they acted like they didnt believe me and looked through the bag. After that, they asked in the back and they said it wasnt ready yet. Didnt get an Im sorry or anything, just handed me the sandwich and walked away.

Rude service and luke warm food through drive through. Employee couldnt get my card to scan (its a coin, a new type of card) and I told her to try it slower. She said "what" and when I repeated it, she slammed the window shut and proceeded to try fast again. I was just going to give her a new card but she went to get the manager to try. I was handed back the card finally which had shut off. I just handed a new card to receive my luke warm food.

I am part of Royal Family Kids, an organization that helps foster children and abused kids. We are having a Christmas party and I thought I would ask if we could have some paper crowns beccause we are "Royal". Ive been going to this location since i moved from NJ almost 2 years ago but I only used the drive thru. Today my toddler and son wanted to eat in. What big mistake, long story short this place was pretty dirty inside. Especially the bathrooms! Its WAY overdue for a deep cleaning. My son lost his appetite once he saw the restroom. Ill NEVER buy food from there again.

I never leave bad reviews but this deserves it. First, there is a river in the middle of the floor from the ice machine. No one attempted to mop it up. No ice. Whining workers. Tables were all dirty. Something floating in my soda.And then my sandwich was wrong. Seriously! And they want 15$ an hour?

I ordered, and paid for, a breakfast sandwich with bacon. 10 miles later, on route 81, I opened a breakfast sandwich without bacon. How hard is it to take an order and complete that order correctly? Too hard for some fast food employees, apparently. Some attention to detail would be very helpful.

Drive through or inside ordering lines are a little long. But can tell the employees are doing their best to manage. Must be long because the food is good! At least our burgers were decent enough!
