Went through drive through and ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich cut in quarters but received a hamburger. Informed the employee at the window. After five minutes I received my order. I opened the bag to make sure my order was correct, I saw it wasnt cut in quarters so I gave it back to the employee; her manager then proceeded to yell and asked her to give her the knife, yacked the sandwich and said "I dont have time for this bullshit." I left and called to talk to her and she hung up. The managers name is Shelly if I heard correctly. Simply rude and frustrated with her job. Will never go there again.

Recent remodeling has gone to their heads. Went through today and asked for an empty fry container to divvy up a large fry between my kids. They said that gets taken out of their inventory count. I asked for an empty cup to split the drinks up. Same response. Unfortunately Ive heard similar responses from recently remodeled fast food places. Were all okay looking at your old restaurant if your customer service remains high quality. I will never patronize this BK again. Shame on them for not giving me an empty cup.

Food is decent. Obviously not the best in the world, but good for BK. The employees on the other hand, always mess up my order in the drive thru. I go inside 95% of the time because of this. Although I figured I would try the drive thru again today, and what do you know. They messed up. They really need to do a better job at either listening, paying attention to what they are punching in on screen, OR what they are packing into the bag. Its extremely frustrating.

This place is filthy. Every table is sticky and gross. The service sucks. My friend and I waited in line for 10 minutes while one of the cashiers just watched us. She worked the register for the person in front of us and then just stopped taking orders. There was a line of at least 6 people and she just sat there. She knew we were here too.

This is the worst service on the planet. Simple order.... 2 original chicken sandwiches 10 piece chicken nuggets and a chicken fries.... I got a whopper and fries.... and to fix it they think a few free meals will do...... what so you can screw up that order too !!!??? Bet $ 15 a hour will fix this mess

If youre not open at 6 dont say you are this is the second time I sat at the drive-thru with noone taking my order, I waited 10 minutes the first time and 5 the next with not even so much as a "Ill be right with you". if I could give less stars I would.

I have a severe milk allergy and therfore have trouble finding places I can eat. Burger kings chicken fries are made with soy and not milk and their fries are dairy free as well. I love being able to go out and eat.

It was clean. Workers were friendly and professional. Food was fresh and made correctly. We were in area for a museum visit and were heading home at time but wanted to eat before getting on road for over an hour.
