One Man Electrical Band
This started off bad... The restaurant was maybe half filled, so not too busy. However the staff were running around in total chaos. Took about 5 minutes to get seated. The assistant manager offered to seat us, he refused to make any eye contact which seemed odd. Waited 5 minutes for our server, keep in mind the couple who came in behind us already had drinks. Server took our drink order and we asked how many cheese sticks came in the appetizer. She said she didnt know and would find out. We waited 10 minutes while she dropped off checks, refilled other peoples coffees and brought out food... Finally my bride to be walked to the front and told the manager we wanted another server because we had been waiting 20 minutes and didnt have our drinks. New server came right over and took our order. The manager said, "I made sure to give you one of my better servers. You wont have any problems with her." unprofessional on his part! Food comes 20 minutes later. The chicken tenders meal was a joke. A childs portion and they were out of buffalo sauce. Our daughters hamburger bun was black and charred. She waited another 5 minutes just to get a bun. By the end of the meal no one had cleared any plates or cups from the table. It was piling up. We went to cash out... Waited because no one had a drawer. Found it funny that there was even trash laying on the counter by the managers card. The management at this location has no idea how to organize or run a shift. We will not be back.

We placed an online carry-out order for a family gathering nearby. I walked in a few minutes before my order was to be ready. The server greeted me and looked for my order, but it was nowhere to be found. A manager was called over and couldnt even find my order anywhere in the system. The staff said the system may have "glitched" and it seemed to happen every now and then. I had to re-place my order and it was tagged to be prepared immediately. I waited for a some time while the order was made. Once my order was ready, I paid and left with the food. The food itself is what is to be expected from Bob Evans. If youre placing a carry-out order, it may be better to call this location rather than placing it online.

This is the third time Ive been here with my wife and three kids. When we finally got to sit down, (45 minutes later), the waitress took our order wrong. We got half of our order and the kids didnt get anything. So we had to wait for them to fix there food. This was just slightly better than the last time where the cook quit and it took an hour and a half to get food. I wont even go into the first time. Needles to say I will never bring my family back to this place!!! --Greg McCall.

The service was TERRIBLE! It took 30 minutes for them to even take our order and several minutes later to even get our food. The waitress never came around. It would have been different if they were crowded but there was barley any people there and it still took them that long. There was probably not that many people because they had the same experience.... Ridiculous

Waited quite a while for our food. My chicken tenders were fried way too hard, couldnt eat them. Waitress was very kind and knew what customer service was, manager not so much. Thank you Skylar for being a good waitress your manager could learn a few things from you.

Ordered carryout. Broasted chicken was tough. Mashed potatoes were very cold. Carrots looked old and shriveled, and were not in a glaze, as ordered. Pretty disgusting overall. Even went early to pick it up! Not ordering again. Not recommending it either.

Just ordered two pot roast hash meals I was amazed when it came out in a small bowl on top of the dinner plate. 2 meals a bowl of gravy for over $27 WOW they have priced their self out the market Husband is still hungry We will be eating else where

The circus peanuts were exquisite... But the candy ice cream cones were a tad rich. Did get a new lawn mowing hat though... Maureen thinks I overpaid, but there is no price to put on damaged hair

Always a great place to stop and eat breakfast at any time of the day. The people working at the Amelia location are prompt and friendly. Just please put the pot roast hash back on the menu :-)

I hadnt been to Bob Evans in a while. The food was better than I remembered. Staff was friendly and attentive. Not a place I would go all the time but would definitely come back to.

Server was amazing! Seated almost right away. Bathrooms were unkept but stocked. Food is also excellent. My reason for only 3 stars is based on value- very pricey for what you get.
