This might be the worst Taco Bell in America. I had order#368509 on 10/4/15 I ordered a beef and potato burrito no sit cream, 2 chicken soft tacos no lettuce and a fiesta potato no sour cream. This food was so bad. The chicken was literally dripping with grease. It was on the outside of the burrito. The potatoes where all hard I spit every single one out. The manager wouldnt talk to me . I heard the girl who answered tell him I wanted to talk to them. but he never came.The same girl kept talking. All I know is they didnt seem interested in giving me decent food, because they hung up on me and every time I called back they hung up immediately. The cashiers name Daeja R.

After waiting 15 to 20 minutes to be waited on I chose to go to Wendys next door because when I asked how long it would take to get the Cravings meal they estimated 10 to 15 minutes. It was dinner time and although Im used to this store being slow I was amazed that on a Friday evening at dinner time they only had one side of the kitchen area open and 3 people tripping over each other to try and fulfill a 48 Taco order. It took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged that I was in the store. Three of the customers that left before I did were all at Wendys eating when I got there.

I live near by in London and Ive been to this Taco Bell multiple times over the years. Its been awful for years. The portions are very skimpy. I often get my kids cheesy roll ups. Barely any cheese, and the cheese is never melted. I recently ordered a burrito supreme - nothing but beans and meat. It is always understaffed, which is really saying something considering that this Taco Bell gets very little in the way of traffic/customers. They finally opened a Taco Bell in London city limits - stay away from this one. Always a disappointment.

This was a terrible place. We should have driven by without stopping when we saw the now hiring sign. We waited 45 minutes and had to talk to the manager and wait another 10 minutes for our food. She said they gave our food to someone in the drive in. No apology and they refused to refund any of what we paid. She offered to give us more food which we didnt want and cant use since we are traveling. I hope they hire a new manager but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Stopped to pick up a quick snack on the way to a wedding.... drive through window took forever. When we did get our food the tacos has been put the the bag upside down so all the contents fell it as I took it out of the bag. The bag had grease all over the bottom that ended up getting all over my dress and to top it all off they forgot to give us our drink! Worst Taco Bell experience ever!

Customers before me looked like they had waited awhile for their food and the Spiked Mountain Dew was nothing but carbonation another said. I asked if someone could fix the Mountain Dew and they said the manager could but she went home. This location has gone downhill in service and it looked a bit dirty so I went next door to Wendys. Avoid this place and save yourself the hassle

Generous enough parking around the perimeter for maybe 10 semi trucks. I spoke with a cashier & he said that they cater to big rigs -- including the DRIVE THRU -- that they have no awnings & between the lobby closing & store closing, trucks can still swing through there for a treat. Enter their driveway furthest from the freeway.

Our first trip to the taco bell near our new home was a very satisfying visit. We had great service. And it was Taco Bell. We got what we expected. Ordered our favorite items. They were prepared well, no skimping on the toppings. The place was clean. And my favorite side, nachos with cheese, topped off a good experience.

Service was very poor. We had to wait over 40 minutes. They apparently gave our "dine in" order to someone in the drive thru. When we saw others who had come in after us getting their order and questioned them, they didnt even know what they had done.

This Taco Bell is always so busy that the drive through can get so long it can get backed up all the way to the jiffy lube. Sometimes items are not available past certain times of the day.
