Only a 1 star because it requires me to give atleast 1 star to write a review. My chicken was cold, my bbq baked beans just tasted like plain beans, made me gag, and my sprite was just carbonation. We were leaving Saint Augustine, so we just glanced at our food to make sure everything was correct and left, within 2 mins of leaving I started eating, and to me the drive back with all the traffic wasnt worth fighting just to complain when I could easily write a review.

The wife and I was there at 1:45 PM most of the food pans may have a spoon full of food and none coming out. and to top that off had no ice for the drinks, I ask the person that was working there and was told that they turn it off at night and takes it take a sometime to get ice.(THIS IS 1:45 PM ) you open the doors at 10:00AM. Them we set down at a table that was broken, come on people take care of this place because you have lost me.

I love KFC but I wont go to the one in Saint Augustine because of the rude manager, Cindy. If you have a complaint she will argue with you that you are wrong! She might need to take a class on how to deal with customer complaints. My complaint was minor until I had to deal with her. She is a big problem and a liability to that store.

Sure the food is good the service is good but its absolutely disgusting when they allow other customers to take their dirty plates over and over again after you tell the employees that theyre taking their dirty plates to buffet line and getting more food thats disgusting

A great place and a great buffet! The only thing lacking us background music of some sort, and I feel like Im forced to listen to crying babies, cussing teenagers, simply because theres no tunes! Because of this I feel rushed and hurried, rather than comfortable.

Honestly, the service wasnt terrible, but it was still poor, and the restaurant wasnt very clean or presentable inside. There are other chicken places available in the area - I would recommend going to one of those instead.

Theres only one KFC that weve enjoyed over the many years weve lived here--the KFC on US 1 in St Augustine! Love the grilled chicken, especially. One place for certain that I can eat without spoiling my diet!
