I come here on occasion on the weekends to have some drinks and spend some time with some friends. The service is not very good. Takes so long to get a drink sometimes and the bartenders play favorites with serving the people they know and their regulars. They will look right at you an acknowledge you and then serve someone else. They suck at keeping tabs (which I shouldnt complain) but i drank 5 drinks one night and was only charged for two. Surprised they are open considering that alone unless someone else ends up paying for my drinks to make up for the cost. Food wise i have also experienced once. Their wings were Delicious! I must say that! HOWEVER, I also got a quesadilla and never...NEVER again will i get one. They use canned chicken and it tastes like tuna, it was disgusting. The service also sucked. I asked for no peppers in my quesadilla and it had them anyhow. She was rude to my boyfriend from the moment we got there because he had his own water and she was rude about having it. (I understand its "policy" for no outside drinks) but she presented it in a rude manner. She was also mean when he was asking about adding something to his meal and when he asked what was on something else shes like "its listed in the menu" Im sorry but shouldnt you know what is on it and be able to verbalize it to your customer? She also rarely checked on us and we waited a good 15 minutes after we were done our meal for her to come over to us to see if we were ready for check but she never did i had to yell to her when she was over at the bar. The hotel wasnt even busy so there is no excuse for the poor, rude and "feeling in a hurry" service we received.

Please save your time, money and appetite for food or drink and go ELSEWHERE! When you see SO many options on the menu and barely any patrons there on a Fri night you know its not good. Food was horrible - nachos were literally a bag of cheap $1 store nachos with imatation cheese, sad looking lettuce and canned meat. Their "famous" mac n cheese was a plate of nasty imitation cheese and soggy macaroni. I asked for oranges as a side for my sons kids meal, waitress came back and said they were out of oranges so I settled for carrots (thinking theyd bring him cooked carrots). It was a slab of cold carrots sliced long ways, some with dirty carrot skin still on them. I can go on and on...bill was $60, for what? The price absolutely did not reflect the quality of food or experience, lesson learned on this one! Go elsewhere! Joey Bs up the same road has great food, atmosphere and drink selection AND I paid way less for a family meal.

I would not eat here if it were my only option. Waited about 15 minutes before we were approached by a server.. (only four people at the bar and one other table). We had ordered artichoke dip and two caesar salads. 45 mins. For salads. When we got the salads they were not only wrong.. but disgusting. One caesar was asked to have no chicken and dressing on the side. The other salad was drenched in the dressing it was not even edible. The cook came out to cut the other tables pizza.. no gloves, looked lie he hadnt showered in weeks and dripping sweat. As he cut the pizza with no gloves, the pizza slid on the bar top. And I couldnt believe my eyes when I watched him pick a part of pizza and eat it. The bartender allowed a woman at the bar to leave belligerently drunk. I would not recommend this pathetic restaurant to anyone. Needless to say, we will never return and will never recommend anyone.

Love the environment, everyone is friendly there customers and employees. after Jack Rivers closed down didnt think anywhere else would have as good wings as them, till i came here. I love the wings, ridiculous amount of flavors so thats a plus. Its not a place to go in and party like a club. Its well decorative and it looks as a traditional bar, with a convenient restaurant look on the other side. food came very quick, and we got A LOT of celery and blue cheese with the wings which is the first. There loaded cheese fries Ive never had with waffle fries, amazing. I was there celebrating St. Pats and it was a little overcrowded but everything else was very good. all other workers worked swiftly. Bartenders Megan and Jared worked very well under pressure and i dont have really anything bad about this place.

All I can say shady shady shady place drinks are expensive they use cheap booze I paid top dollar for a drink when someone bought me a drink it was a dollar cheaper I guess because he was a regular All the people who worked there disappeared outside Never again will I waste my money here SHADY My girlfriend and I drank here before and it was the same no customers strange bartenders and cooks we had the wings they were ok nothing special

I come here for food. Whether its wings,.(over anywhere else.. crispy and delicious flavors to choose). A burger.. best in palmerton!!! A California chicken cheese steak wrap, or a corned beef club. Never disappointed. On top is a warm friendly and attentive staff. with bartenders striving to seek the patrons absolute satisfaction.

Palmerton has such a good selection of amazing food from their burgers down to their appetizers!! Their wing night is awesome as well so many different sauces to choose from!! I definitely recommend stopping in to the Palmerton Hotel if you are in the area! Great place and awesome staff!

I just ate there, the food SUCKS, seriously!....our cups had food floating in them, we had hair in our food, the food was in general horrible. We ate crappy food and paid a fortune. To top it off...its mothers day and what a great mothers day meal!

This is such a great place to eat and hang out at. Ive been here numerous times with friends and family and have never had a bad experience. I would recommend the Palmerton Hotel to anyone who is looking for great food and even better time!

Wing nights are the best!!! Order up whatever flavor you want in 6 wing batches. Speaking of flavors they have some great selection of sauces for your wings. Beer selection is a little above average and the service has been very good.

Love this place! Not only is the staff welcoming the food is really good! I would definitely recommend the Turkey Burger! I get it at least once a week. Wings are awesome here too..lots of flavors to choose from you can never go wrong!

One of the best places in the area for sure. There is a TON to choose from on the menu, and the staff is great! There are so many wing flavors to choose from, and the chicken cheesesteaks or cheesesteak in a wrap are awesome!

This place is a JOKE! Fights..... Drugged out punks fighting every weekend and NOW midget strippers on the bar? how does this place not get closed down? WOW odd why I wont take my kids in for something to eat!

We have always had good meals here, today was wings and fish tacos. Perfectly cooked wins , good variety of flavors,and the wife said here tacos were amazing. Friendly staff adds to a great experience.
