I honestly like the Staten Island diner very much. My family and I order from there at least once a week and we never had a problem. A few days ago I ordered a mykonos salad( which I always order with extra pita bread and extra dressing) and it has never been a problem for over a year. They gave me ranch instead of the normal dressing it came with so I called to ask them to bring it since they also forgot my brothers lemonade. The girl on the phone(later to find out her names amber) was very nasty and claimed she was not sending anyone to bring it, even though I only live two blocks away. I just ordered from them again today and recognized the girls voice so I just tried to politely clarify what dressing I wanted this time and she said she remembered me and started fighting with me. I think this was very unprofessional and I was really taken back by her anger. I just wanted to same dressing I always got I didnt mean to make her mad. I asked for her name and she said it was Amber. I always liked the diner very much and never had a problem with their customer service until recently, everyone seems very nice but amber seemed to ruin my experience at this diner. Very nasty for unnecessary reasons.

Its not even worth one star. JUST Ordered food from there on 2/17/16 The burgers are disgusting. They look burgers you get from a cafeteria in high school. The sodas we orders came in a cup with the ice melted. The fries were soggy. The wraps were half the size and was hidden by the fries.. It was absolutely horrible. Seems like the restaurant is being ran by a whole bunch of kids..

we got some menus to try their food and we did the day after. ordered a cheeseburger deluxe, buff. chicken pinni.. and other suff! the food was totally wrong.. recd bacon when we said "NO BACON" like 2 times.. and overall everyone that did eat their food, didnt like it.. and ended up using the toliet after! smh! sorry we dont recommend at all!

We always go here since we moved on the island in 2005 We never had a bad food or wrong order my daughter is always given candy the food is fresh and good and the people always friendly and kind. I really find it suprising it with the reviews where they say about greasy dishes and bad food. Love their food and would reconmend them any time!

Rikermv Since moving into the area 3 years ago this diner has become one of our regular spots to grab some quick food. They are very pleasant, the food is delicious. Joes chipotle wrap is one of my favorite sandwiches. The Cancun salad its great too. I have eaten at most of the diners on staten island and this is simply the best.

My wife and I tried to order food during a storm, they said they were open and seamless didnt even know, we tried calling and waited two hours. Extremely unprofessional, I will not order from them again and felt extremely disrespected. I go there all of the time and will not go ever again and will advise anyone not to go anymore.

Sweet, family diner. Staten Islands best, by far. Intimate and friendly. Addendum: Feb. 27th I celebrated part if my 52nd birthday here. No, it does not cost $105 per person, but thats what its worth to me. You dont find this kind of hospitality these days, you just dont. Go to a true DINER and live a little!

This diner is among the best diners in Staten Island. The food here is delicious. My Cowboy burger came medium rare the way I ordered it. Service I rate 5stars because friendly and fast good with people. I have brought people here and they were impressed. I Will come back! Check out the app they offer!

The food and drinks here are good and the service is amazing. I bring almost everyone who visits from out of state because its one of my favorite NYC spots. By far the best diner Ive ever been to and I love trying them across the country. The staff really makes this place special.

please do not order from here. I ordered a bacon hamburger and I get a bacon cheeseburger it even says BACON HAMBURGER on the recept. Also if you want lemonade expect water with a lemon. But it is great if you are there please see the s.i. diner but dont order

I love ordering from here. Food is fresh, warm and they are fast. ON weekends I wake up tired, cranky and I just want to relax. They deliver so I call order in my breakfast and have it delivered within 35-40 minutes. Home fries are so delicious!

After a recommendation from a friend we tried this diner. By far the best diner on Staten Island. Weve been very happy customers for over a year and come here a few times a month. The sombrero, eggs la-la, and jack sparrow are our favorites.

Thank god I accidentally slept through my hotels free breakfast because their "sloppy breakfast" was way too good to miss and Nutella and banana pancakes were fantastic as well. Great place & friendly service!

This is our go to diner. The food is delicious and there is a lot of original items on the menu. My usual is the Navajo wrap. The service is good. Your coffee never goes empty.
