I am a taco bell fan, and thats why it makes it difficult for me to have to write this. My friend and I came in to order a carry out order, and when we got the order we had multiple items missing. This isnt the first time this has happened to us from this particular location. The team members are more focused on getting the order out rather than checking to see they have done all of their order. Id rather have all of my food than have them worry about speed of service. $4 down the drain, and an empty belly for someone. Im not sure I should give this taco bell anymore chances.

Not quite sure why all the bad reviews, probably other jealous taco bells. From the last time I heard this is a corporate store. Also all the other taco bells in the area are owned by a franchise. This taco bell has never gotten my order wrong. the wait time is within reason for a fast food restaurant and the staff is always friendly. I drive from lapeer to come to this one. My food is always hot, and it never looks like a monkey threw it together. I would recommend this Taco bell to anyone who wants to get what they pay for and not have any problems.

Not safe to eat at the tacobell on m15 in davison. Second time in a row ive eaten there and gotten serious food poisoning. I mean debilitatingly nauseus. First time was around 12 midnight, by 7-8 am i was violently projectile vomiting. Wrote it off as a fluke and after a month gave it another try around 7am this morning for breakfast, and once again, same symptoms. If you care about yourself or friends or family, dont eat at taco bell in davison or burton. Not giving them a third chance. The locations near me are just simply not safe to eat at.

If their .99 cent menu is 20% to 40 % more than other area franchise taco bell, why go here? To be fair their sign should state "non compliance" to regular rates. Also the size is less than normal therefore why pay a lot more for an inconvenience in & out parking lot T B, the owner doesnt think about the customer views. ..wont get my extra money for the same fast service at that T B location, I felt robbed because who what of thought way over priced food and its not Birch Run where you expect to pay more.

Went through the drive through at 1:30AM, my order was taken, but when paying at the window, two known working cards were "declined". Both are known working. Reasons given were "no name on card" and "unknown". Employee working register in drive through VERY rude, just lost a customer, Taco Bell. PS - Went right across the street and ordered McDonalds with the same card five minutes later. TACO BELL = FAIL - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give no stars I would. Me and my family walk in and watch someone in plaid (manager?) Just stare at us as we are waiting to be helped.... the cook is yelling hello from across the room which calmed me at least someone acknowledged us. It wasnt the fact I had to wait it was rude that there was no greeting from the people looking dead at us. Customer service is important. We dont mind waiting.

My husband and I just moved here from Dallas, Texas. Anyone who knows me knows that Im a Taco Bell addict. I am also picky when it comes to quality and customer service. This Taco bell is exceptional at both! Weve eaten here several times in the last week and Im never disappointed!

Good food. Just like with any fast food sometimes it is not good. That does not happen very often at all here. Biggest problem with this location is that slot of people go here at peak times which is usually midnight-ish. By the crew does well pushing the line through.
