Stopped there yesterday.. it was a Thursday afternoon and it was not too busy. When we went up to give our order, the young kid taking our order seemed more interested in talking to the kid in line behind us it appeared he knew him from school.. After finally giving our order, we had to ask for our cups to get our fountain drinks twice before getting them.. Then the young girl came walking up and started to put the packs of taco seasoning into the container and I guess one of them had broke open.. She used the F bomb and when the kid back behind the counter told her to watch her language, she informed him that we were all adults here.. Guess what.. I may be an adult but that doesnt mean I want to hear that kind of language..especially in a food restaurant... The eating area was dirty and the tables needed wiped off badly.. I really dont think I want to make it back to the Marysville Taco Bell... Better places to go and the one in Urbana is just about as far..

Worst Taco Bell ever! Nasty is the only way to describe this place. Ive seen employees take food items out of the trash and off the floor and serve them. The store is falling apart pieces of the dinning room floor, tables, and many others things are all over the place missing. Ive been told this is not a corporate store, well thats not an excuse! corporate should honestly take this store over and make it better with all the business it gets I dont understand why they dont. Your Taco Bell customers deserve better and this is the only one for miles and a lot of us MUST choose this one, Please get your priorities straight.

I worked there and I still eat there. The people are normally Highschool students who need there first job and they know what there doing. With everything they put up with, how they handle everything and how fun they are. They deserve a 5 star. I love taco bells food. I had one out of town and I got food poisoning from them, then they closed two days later. Marysville TacoBell is actually a better tacobell than most of them out there. Foods great, service is great and everyday but thursday is fast service. I have lived here for 22 years and still trust this taco bell.

If I could give 0 stars to this establishment I would. Your drive-thru lady needs to get a big attitude adjustment she was constantly cutting off what I was trying to order and she didnt even let me complete my order before totaling it. Not to mention my order was incorrect after I just told her face to face what I wanted. Your employees need to focus back on what customer service is and you need to rearrange your employees because clearly this lady hates her life and needs to be placed somewhere else or she needs to go.

Awful. We were on an 8 hour ride home and craved taco bell. We were so happy to find this one, at first. First of all the bathroom was so disgusting, I couldnt even sit on the toilet to pee it was even to dirty to cover with toilet paper. Unfortunately we still chose to eat there, and there food was so disgusting. WORST TACO BELL I have ever been to in my life. The tables were also so filthy. After that we felt so blessed to live in a small city with an amazing taco bell.

Worse customer service. See the picture about the kind of chalupas they make! No sour cream or tomatoes! Just a little bit of beans, lettuce and cheese as nothing. Very negligible customer service. Do not hear the customers properly. Even though asked to substitute beef with beans, they dont care. They will still give you beef. It takes half an hour to get food from drive through even though there is one car ahead

The food is always good, my order is always correct, and the employees are always nice and courteous. The problem is that it is also always the slooooowest drive-thru experience. Always. I typically go after work around 11:30pm but the couple of times I abt during the day, they were also slow. I dont understand why. Taco bell is usually a quick drive-thru experience in other towns.

The food is usually made very well. Larger than normally made else where. However, this is slowest taco bell in the universe!!! I have waited over 20 mins twice only being the third person in line for the drive thru. I have ditched the line twice, two other times before I ordered because it was taking so long. Swung in next door and got a KFC bowl in less than 2 minutes. No line!

Never fails could be two cars in drive through and you will be waiting at least 20 min. When there are more than that, you might as well get a book out. It will be a long time..... Guess what nothing has changed I am sitting in drive through already for 10min and one car has moved. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO BURN!

This has got to be the absolute slowest Taco Bell hands down. 45 minutes for 9 cars... Really! Edit: In fact it took so long to get my food that I forgot I ordered a drink, and the girl at the window sent me along my way without it. You can keep the drink, Taco Bell.... No way an I coming back for it.

Probably the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. Employees are super friendly. Food is prepared perfectly. Great atmosphere. Eat in, get it to go, or use the drive thru, equally satisfied with all. Seriously, this place does a great job. All workers here should be proud.

First off, its a Taco Bell. While its not fancy the food is tasty, at least for me it is. Ive never had a problem with customer service, theyve been decently fast and pleasant. So for a Taco Bell, I give 5 starts, cause its a nice Taco Bell that does Taco Bell very well.

Came at the right time. We could order both breakfast and regular menu items. Food was hot, packed with stuff not skimpy like some taco bells, and order didnt take that long. However it does need some repair if not a demo and rebuild.

Slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too. And you always have to double check your order. Also skip the drinks because they dont know how to calibrate the fountain drink machines. Just go to the drive thru across the street for drinks.

Got our order wrong and my girlfriend is a vegitarian ended up taking a bite of a beefy fritto burrito rather than a cheesy bean and rice. Terrible service drive through order took 15 minutes for two cars in front of us.

Worst tbell ever. Terrible drive through time.. i was only car in drove theough and it still took almost 10 minutes for 4 tacos. Horrible fast food service. But ive never had a problem with the food.
