TLDR: Great service! Woman in front of me didnt get the taco she didnt order and started raging on her family and the staff about how this wouldnt have happened at Leroys (Leos?). The obnoxious complaining carried on even though it took, literally, 30 seconds to give her the taco she didnt order, nor pay for. Seriously, her kid said it wasnt on the receipt and that she didnt order it. The woman yelled at the kid saying she knew it was on there. Forget about the husband who tried to tell her it wasnt a big deal, poor guy. All the while, the staff acted like it was no big deal and seemed happy to solve the problem and did so very quickly with no thanks given by the angry woman. I doubt youd get that response at Leroys or wherever else you said you wanted to go. Except that your other kid said you were the one who wanted Taco Bell. Sorry kids, your mom is nuts. Id hate to see how she acts about something consequential. Also, the burrito was great and the cashier guy was quite possibly the happiest and most upbeat person Ive ever come across. Bravo!

Worst service ever tonight I get a 4th meal for me and my brother order our food with no tomatoes and get home and they have tomatoes on them. So I call up there and they tell us to come up there and they will replace the order so we go up there and they replace the order and then we get home and go to eat and look at that its still not right so I call up there and at this point I am furious with them so again we go up there and they just give us our money back. Wow thanks worst fu**ing service ever.

fast food isnt an easy job. especially when you deal with rude customers who think they are way above you just because they do something else with theyre life. I give them amazing credit for the job the team does. Fast food workers are not incompetent, I feel bad for the ones who get called dirty names by filthy, nasty, rude customers. So, maybe instead of bitching, you should be thankful that they didnt drop your food in the garbage can before they give it to you.

I come here all the time. Im a regular customer. I just left the drive thru. I gave a very simple and clear order. I asked for no tomatoess or sour cream on a few things in my order. I get home and they put it on there. Good thing Im not deathly allergic. I tried to call and complain but they arent answering even though theyre still open 2 more hours. But thats okay, I have all day tomorrow to call back until they do answer :)

I have been going to this TB for over ten years. I have gotten bad service as well as good service from here, mostly good though. They keep it clean and most of the employees are nice and friendly. I will be honest and say that it has been a couple of years since I have had a bad experience there, so I dont want people to think that the current employees are the ones that I have had a problem with.

Ive probably been to over a hundred Taco Bells across this country and the one in Lapeer is by far the slowest. I hope when you go there youre not hungry because the drive-thru is a minimum of 45 minutes. This is a big location and it is completely understaffed, the staff that they do have there are a few fries short of a Happy Meal...

Always a bit of a wait at all hours, whether or not theres a line. Today they are out of 7 different items including cinnabons, chicken rolls, empanadas & others due to a deep fryer being down. Good customer service but should have someone on top of fixing the deep fryer as to have had it fixed before the afternoon rush hit.

We specifically asked for no lettuce and no tomato on two of our meals. We were even asked again to make sure that we did not want lettuce or tomato on our meals. It was even written on the box they came in, but there was still lettuce and tomato on the meals.
