The dining room was very clean and well maintained, but the food was awful. My rice tasted as if there was no salt or citrus added, only cilantro for aesthetics. The fajitas were unseasoned. The chicken was not only cold, but also overcooked. Every piece of lettuce I saw in the pan was wilted and brown. I ended up picking the ball of slime off of my "crunchy" tacos, which were also stale. The workers were friendly though. You are not living up to the standards that all Chipotle restaurants are held to.

I use to love this chipotle location, however it has gone downhill and in my most recent experience at this location it was poor. The guacamole didnt taste right AT ALL, almost as if they had forgotten a few ingredients. My wife had cold steak in her burrito as well as her tortilla being brittle and almost like it was stale. The quality of the Marysville Chipotle restaurant just isnt what it use to be. This isnt the only occasion I have had that was bad.

By far the slowest Chipotle ive ever been to. I was the third person in line when I arrived and it took 15 minutes to get waited on. They spent a majority of their time on on-line orders. When we finished eating, there were around 15-20 unhappy people in line. Prepare to wait or order ahead. As for me, Ill choose some place else next time.

Chipotle is Chipotle so the food is good but.... Almost always a line to the door, out of chicken, double wrap burritos more often than not. MHS students are horrible at wrapping burritos. I always tell myself Im not coming back to this location but beats going to Dublin. Still glad to have this place in Marysville though. The struggle is real.

Its not like other Chipotle. The steak NEVER has flavor anymore. The chips always are either soggy, unsalted, or both. The food is a 0 Stars by Chipotle standards, but the people there are super nice and its always clean and theyre pretty quick even during peak hours. I really wish they would stick to the seasoning recipes the other stores use.

Wanted to have a chicken bowl but was told they had no silverware and I would need to take my order to go. I explained that I am traveling and have nowhere to take it to. What kind of manager does NOT run to the store to buy silverware to cover the restaurant until the truck arrives?

Had a gift card clerk "couldnt" process. Basically didnt know how. The Barbacoa was nearly out, rather than care enough to refill she put a speck on my burrito and pushed on, same thing for guac, and this has happened to me here before. Chips were soft Poor service.

This is the smallest chipotle Ive seen and it can get a little snug when busy. Otherwise its a good location. The staff are friendly and service is quick. I went the other day when it was BOGO if you wore OSU colors and the staff were on top of their game.

The atmosphere was a little too loud and the dining area was somewhat cramped. The employees werent always as clear as necessary about certain things. However, the food was good and fresh. I believe this Chipotle needs to relocate to a larger building.

The service has been on a decline the last few months. The time my wife and I were there our meals were made in 30 seconds or less and were thrown into the bowls. It wasnt busy but the HS kids working must have felt that customers were a bother.

Chipotle does Chipotle well. We arrived right before a big rush and it looked like it took a person about 9 minutes to go from one end of the line to the other. Food was good. Service was acceptable. Atmosphere was nice. Chipotle does Chipotle.

This is the worst managed Chipotle Ive been to, there are always staff standing around while people on the line continue to drown. Most chipotles have at minimum three people on the line, this one your lucky to have two.

Sometimes when a new Chipotle opens it takes a while for things to run smooth. The food was perfect and the dining room cleanliness was above average. We were a group of 3 dining in. Staff was friendly too.

Parking is a nightmare in the undersized packed parking lot with abnormally tight spaces. Can never get my truck parked without backing up 3 or 4 times. Good is good but line is almost always to the door.
