Price: $3+ more than usual for a meal. Typical for a foreign run truck stop Time: 26 mins to get food once ordered. Line was long. One person taking orders. Overall I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. Should not have taken as long as it did for a QSR. The manager was rude. Didnt seem to care that her orders were moving so slow. This restaurant needs structure and leadership. Completely unacceptable. They werent calling order numbers out. They were just calling orders out. So people were taking other peoples food thinking it was theirs when it wasnt. I really dont even know what else to say...

Love Popeyes. After having a TERRIBLE experience at the Monroe St. location in Toledo, OH Ive always been hesitant to return to any. This location had hot food, and is conveniently located inside a TA travel center. The girl working the register had no idea how to add a drink to my $5 boneless wing order, despite the sign saying "add a drink for $1.xx". She got frustrated and just gave me one for free. Im not complaining, i really appreciate it! I got the last of the sweet tea though, so I was unable to get more as I was leaving. Still, i cant complain.

No special deals at the truck stops. No spicy chichen like I wanted and I think my wing on my two piece combo still had a feather attached to it. Didnt matter could not eat it to dried out.

How are you a restaurant in a TA and not open by 9am? Very disappointed, especially with a hungry family of 8 on a long trip. Hours need to be earlier.
