My boyfriend and I went to this location tonight for the first meal I have had in a week due to surgery. The hostess asked us how we were and we replied by saying "great". She then just stood there and said "okay." We asked if we seat ourselves and my boyfriend said there was only going to be two of us. The hostess literally said "Oh, I dont know. I dont know if we seat you. Bars open, go there." I, obviously not feeling great (due to the surgery) said we wanted a dining table. We put in an appetizer that came out WITH our food so we told them we didnt want it. Our server checked on us ONE time throughout the meal, and noone came to ask how the food was after the food-runner brought us our food. My boyfriend was planning on ordering a beer the entire time but didnt get a chance until we asked for a box. Which, by then, ofcourse he didnt want one anymore.

Bdubs wings are the only food I crave! I travel a lot and have been in close to 100 different Bdubs around the country. This one doesnt deliver at all! Dublin Ohio is a fairly wealthy area and knowing this you would think they could do a much better job with their food. The wings were large, although after conversing with the locals, this is inconsistent with the standard and it shows as the cooks didnt get (bigger wing=longer cook time)! I ordered wild and mango habenero as usual which I would expect to make my mouth numb with their heat factors, neither one even made my mouth tingle! I dont know why either because the sauce is already made and should be the same across the country although there was very little on my wings. The celery was brown and old! The nachos were stale! Dublin, please get it together!

there were 2 checks at my table. my friend paid for hers with cash and i paid with a card. they charged my card for both meals! to make matters worse when i called them the next morning i spoke with the new assisatant manger/manager (Rueben) who admitted he was aware my card was charged but they thought they had reversed the charges!! it was so unprofessional and almosts seems suspicious that niether him nor the waitress alerted me of being overcharged!!! i eventually spoke with another manager who was very nice and apologetic and assured me the charge was cancelled and gave me a $30 credit at thier location...which is nice but is sort of sucks because i live downtown and dublin if 30 minutes away! if you go check you account before you leave :/

HORRIBLE PLACE FOR FANTASY FOOTBALL DRAFTS! They do not have enough internet connections to support fantasy drafts, especially when there are multiple groups. Asked to speak with a manager who never showed up. Was told that some computers can connect and others cant but we were all connected when we arrived and then were dropped sporadically as others logged into the internet. BW3 should not advertise as fantasy draft location if they cant support with enough internet connections or bandwidth, not really sure what the problem was at this point as they still havent responded!!! BOO!!!!!!

I have been to this location several times. Its not the best, and lunch time is VERY slow. Today I went there for lunch and I ordered something different than I usually do. I didnt like it so I told my server. She didnt offer to do anything, she just stood there. Finally I told her to please just take it away. She took it away and then she didnt remove it from my bill, even though I had only taken 1 bite. To top things off, the service was once again so slow that I was 30 mins late on my lunch break.

Good BW3s, one of the more consistent places Ive been to around town. Only issue is getting their bartenders to actually interact with their customers and not their phones for 5 minutes at a time. (Most of them are servers that are thrown behind the bar due to a call off or short staffed day) Any business owner should preach this to their staff as it creates a negative reaction with customers. Put the phone away and do your job. Have sat next to multiple guests that have made this same comment

This is the place, in Dublin to bring kids team after the game. If you are looking for haute cusine forget it baby. The kids will love the 100% fried food menu and gigantic soda pops. The parents will tolerate the rubbery celery and salad and pretty fair wings while guzzling 22 oz Bud Lights. This is the first place parents with newborns seem to bring the kids for their first night out in 9 months. Generally lots of fun and scads of kids in green jerseys running wild.

Just got back to the office and had to write a review... The customer service I received was amazing! I had a coupon that I wanted to use on togo food and the manager honored it for me. The staff member who helped me, Shelby was extremely friendly and so was the manager! The kitchen staff even wrote me a b-day message on my box... super sweet of them... I will be back, 5 star service- thanks again!

Why does a restaurant say they close at 1 and then they shut the grill down early. I stood up front for 5 minutes before I approached a waiter and asked if I should seat myself. The 4 orders of wings came without descriptions of what flavor it was so that was fun to try to figure out. I asked how come they do dint out he names, she apologized and said you can try and smell them smh

Terribly slow service at lunch and they usually dont put enough sauce on the wings. The wings at Buffalo Wild Wings are always small and the boneless wings have a lot of breading. The lunch specials are a decent value. For a healthy option try the Buffalito with a Side Salad. There are plenty of televisions to watch the game.

Bad service! They would not let me place a takeout order due to it being 30 min prior to closing - was told I had to come to the store to place my order to make sure I would pick it up. When I got there, was told "I have to check to see if we can take your order since it is 15 min prior to closing".

So normally I would give the place great review but not this case. So my wife and arrived around 10:20Pm and we are told dine in is closed. If we wanted food we would have to order take out. Sorry where in your posted hours does it say " Dine in closes at 10:20pm? You stink BWW

This place is terrible. It took 2 hours to get our food and we had a very rude waitress. She was so mean to me. She got mad at me because I thought they had coke, but they have all Pepsi products. TERRIBLE. And they forgot our cheese nibblets.This woman needs to be fired

We ordered on line to pick up when we got there it was ready on time but we wanted to eat it there they gave it in a Togo order we went to a table we were invisible the waitress kept walking by us like we was not there we went to the bar to get drinks it was unexcusable
