ordered wings from online, THEY NEVER CAME!!! When I called I was repeatedly put on hold whether I was ok with it or not, and I had to yell just to keep them from putting me on hold. After telling me the order left the store thats around the corner from my house, and that itd be here within the next five minutes, another HOUR has passed and they STILL HAVEN"T SHOWN UP!!! I AM ACTUALLY STILL WAITING WHILE IM WRITING THIS REVIEW JUST TO SEE HOW LONG IT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE!! Update: 3 years later So after 3 years of never calling this location ever again, because I was in a desperate situation I decided to give this location one more try. I had them deliver to our room at Duke Hospital, because we were basically stranded there and had little options as far as delivery. Once again it took over an hour for our delivery to come, when it got here the entire pizza looked as if someone had thrown it across the room. I wish I could post the picture I took, before I demanded my money back in cash on the spot (I paid via credit card). I am absolutely astounded as to why this location is still in business. Please boycott all costs. Do not spend your money here, let them go out of business and free up the location for some one who actually cares about their customers.

I placed my order online. It gave me the time of 45 minutes. I called them bc it had already been 10 minutes past the 45 minutes. So the first girl wanted to argue and lie to about the time telling me it was a 54 min. Wait. Then she past me to someone else they couldnt tell me what heir policy on wait time past the original time. This girl tells me the reson is bc they only have 2 drivers. Then she wants to transfer me to the manager. I just want to cancel my order at this point. They told me if I cancel then I have 2 more times, after that and they will not take my order. I told her I wouldnt be ordering from them any more. She slams down the phone on me. We are pulling out of the complex and here the driver go up to our apartment. So altogether we waited 75 minutes for an order that shouldve taken 45 min. We did turn around and we took the order bc by this point we were really hungry! We didnt want to have to go wait more time for food some where else with 2 kids.

Placed an order via internet at 7:35 with a estimated delivery time of 8:09....this was not at all accurate. Around 9 called the store and after being put on hold for 20 minutes I finally got told that my food would be here soon. Called again after another hour passed was told my food would arrive soon (yet again). Spoke with the manager and he made all kinds of excuses of why my food was taking so long to get to me and never bothered to apologize. After 3 hours of waiting called again got hung up on and then the manager offered to remake my order and charge me ONLY half price.Food finally showed up a hour later luke warm and without the 2L soda. For a grand total of 4 hours of waiting. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN....REALLY WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

First off, let me make clear that I realize I am reviewing a Pizza Hut and not some world-class restaurant. My expectations arent high, generally just an edible pizza that isnt going to give me food-borne illness in a decent amount of time on those nights when I am too lazy to even pop a frozen meal in the oven. Even with those low standards, Pizza Hut was a miserable excuse for a pizza place. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty and unsanitary (even for Pizza Hut standards), the pizza was still not ready 45 mins after our carry-out order was placed (the online estimate was 15 minutes), and the workers wouldnt acknowledge us when we walked in to pick it up. After all that, we ended up going to Harris Teeter to grab a pizza - not worth it. Save yourself the hassle.

First off I LOVE pizza hut but this location is awful. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. You can never get through on the phone, and when you order online they take over an hour when theyre less than 15 minutes away. It gets better, the pizza was missing 3 toppings! Dont bother trying to call back to get it fixed, it took 25 minutes just for someone to answer and then of course I was placed on hold again. When I finally spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager I was told a fixed pizza would take over 2 hours and offered store credit. No thanks Im better off making my own pizza. What good is store credit if they never answer the phone so I can use it? Im so disappointed it doesnt even begin to make sense.

Umm if you want Pizza Hit you better re-think this place....My order is always jacked up- manager eating right in front of me behind the counter- a few guys that work there horsing around back there where pizzas are made....guys leaning against the counter with their butt against the counter...smh My pizza was dry looking and no cheese a few sprinkles..I took it back and to my surprise it looks like the same pizza I return to them...Poor management and pizza skills need upgrading. They upgraded the building now its time to upgrade staff. My personal opinion if you dont believe me go see for yourself...The only reason I gave them a one thats the closest number to zero.

I went to pick up a pizza this evening and had a less than sanitary experience. While waiting to pay for my my order I observed an employee stretching dough stop what he was doing to type something on the computer and then go back to working on another pizza without washing his hands. Gross. Needless to say, the keyboard was completely disgusting and without a doubt frequently used by employees that handle currency regularly. I asked to speak to the manager. Guess who that was! Same guy. Am I eating pizza tonight? No. P.S. Sanitation score of 96.

I usually order from Dominos every single night, but I couldnt get thru to them, well, I ordered Pizza Hut last night & it was terrible (1st time). My chicken alfredo had NO ALFREDO Sauce on it/in it...which Im completely convinced that it was a leftover alfredo some1 had ordered earlier in that day & never picked up (I can tell b/c I use to work at Pizza Hut. The Hersheys Dunks were cinnamon sticks w/ chocolate sauce over them, it was NOT good nor worth it. The only thing we liked were the crispy wings. So itll be a while before we order there again!!

Got notification that my order was out for delivery and an hour later still no pizza. Yet we were only 7 min down the road. Called to check on the pizza and was put on hold by a man for over 10 min. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and she said oh yeah I was the one that put you on hold. But it was two completely different people and a clear lie. Told me that my pizza didnt really leave when it said it did and that he would be here shortly. No appology or anything. 20 min after I spoke with her still no pizza.
