So having arrived today for the first time ever my wife and I settled down to what we thought was going to be a good breakfast. After all Bob Evans is a brand name you can trust right? What we got however was not. The good things were the staff was friendly and the biscuits were good. Now that the good things have been noted the bad will follow. My wife ordered the Sunshine Skillet and upon arrival she noticed the eggs were slightly scorched and the potatoes were undercooked. I myself tried the Pot Roast Hash but the meat itself was very salty, again the potatoes were undercooked (we all know the texture from eating undercooked potatoes in a potato salad) and my over easy eggs had been cooked so long they each had about one pea size bubble of liquid yolk in them. (Apparently the cook doesnt know over easy means count to ten once you flip them and then remove) The whole experience was not good and we will probably never come back due to the food being either overcooked and/or undercooked.

One of the filthiest Bob Evans Ive been in. The dividers have food and drinks dripping down them. The person cleaning the tables acted like she was going to die if she put any effort into it and left half of tables dirty. Left chairs pushed out and in a mess when finished cleaning the tables and didnt bother to wipe down any of the chairs which are utterly disgusting. The floors had food laying everywhere. It wasnt busy when we were there and it took everything to get our waitress to fill our drinks. It looks like management isnt doing their job either if this place is in such disarray.

Im not one to complain but what I got compared to what I ordered prompted me to pass an unkind, yet unbiased, word along. Its no stretch to assume that the majority of people you might ask would know what ingredients make a Western omelet a Western omelet. It would seem that they managed to hire a short order cook in the minority with regard to that subject. The omelet I received had diced ham and green pepper in it. Thats it. Now I have no interest in sitting here and berating the guy behind the grill that day but his Supervisor should have his skills assessed.

Terrible! My family came from Paris France, on their way home before I took them to the plane I took them to bobevans. The staff was not polite they were rude the food took forever to come out and it was so cold. Kept going to the manager for a refill for little things. We were very nice with everybody including our two waitresses we had. One waitress we had she was very friendly and apologizing. Seem to us, the whole restaurant seem to not know what they were doing. Will never go back to that Bob Evans on Rockside rd.

I recently had a lunch meeting here and opted for a salad, as did the person I was meeting. Neither was anything special, but the service took an absolute eternity. The guy across from us actually loudly complained to the waitress, asking if there was something going on. The prices are certainly reasonable but for the time we spent, I would have much preferred Aladdins or another local place.

Where to even start! Family of 3 (1 toddler) visit at a non-busy time. Coffee and food was delivered cold to the table. Food was forgotten. The quality of the food was subpar. Cold food tasted reheated in microwave. Nonexistent customer service. 20 minute wait just to get the check. Check out cashier hit a tip amount on card reader without permission, request, or indication of amount.

Just left the restaurant. Our waitress was great! My sons med rare steak was overdone and they replaced it with another wthought us asking..... the manager also came over and comped some food off of our bill without us saying a word or asking! Great service...Free refills and extra biscuits, what more could you ask for! We will return..

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. We just left after sitting for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any server. This was after we were asked if we wanted a table or a boof! The tables were dirty . I watched a girl clean a table and just wipe food off table on to y be filthy floor. NEVER AGAIN will I walk into this place!! Sad

Bobs will probably be the next restaurant chain to go under. Food has gone down hill and you can now drink from a mason jar cause they are to cheap to provide a real glass for civilized people. They only thing I expect to have to drink from aason jar is moonshine and they dont have that.

Best bob Evans in the greater Cleveland area. Terrific staff. Amazing cookies and coffee. Prices are a little high in my opinion but I know everyone gotta make money somehow. I dont mind the higher prices as the service is worth it. Clean bathrooms and fast service

Food was okay. Cook and manager were having an argument that could be overheard by customers about some missing toast. Really????? Not very professional. But then it is Bob Evans. Just like being at home. P.S. Service is very slow at this location.

The waitress was awful. She made up an order that did not exist. When asked to bring the corrected order we had to scrap the wrong order off the plates onto another plate. She dropped my bacon off the tray. The computers were down so we couldnt leave.

Just had breakfast with my daughter.....and it was crazy!..... cant think of all the names of server that was all over the place/ and cooks that were yelling towards the front....but threw it all.... I know theyre working hard

I prefer Bob Evans over Dennys or IHOP. I feel like their food has much more flavor. I wish we had them in TX. It was nice to eat at a Bob Evans again after so many years and the service is great as well.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! They cant even get a simple take out order right. The food was cold and we did not even receive the whole order. Really!?!?...9$ for 3 biscuits and a side of home fries.

The staff has been attentive and friendly in the mornings I have been there. If the portions were a bit larger and the price (for breakfast) a little bit less, I would visit more often.

Convenient location right off I-77 at Rockside Road exit. Friendly staff and well-managed. Been coming here for years and are rarely disappointed.

If youre in a hurry soup is great takeout. They have several to choose from, or you can order from the menu and its usually not a very long wait.
