Recently, I stopped by the this location on my home to the Garner area. I ordered and waited in the long drived thru line a Market Salad with no apples and no blueberries replaced with strawberries. Also on my order were a few other items for my children. I arrived home and my salad was super wrong. Needless to say, I wasnt going to drive back so I called the restaurant and spoke with Jess who immediately apologized and offered to correct the error. She took my information and provided me the option to come in the next day and receive a corrected salad. The next day, Kay McDonald, the Hospitality Manager, called regarding the situation. I drove to the location and was met with a hug, a smile, and a SINCERE apology from Kay! She not only replaced my salad but my whole entire order!! She thanked me for coming back and for notifying them of the error. I was so amazed that Chick-fil-A took the time to do ALL of that for a customer. It really shows the dedication to providing exceptional customer service and providing the entire customer experience when you dine there. Thank you and great job!!!!! #1 the "fast food" industry and I DONT eat at those "others"

I have always loved Chick-fil-As service but yesterday they went above and beyond. I brought my children in for lunch and after ordering I noticed I left my wallet in the car. I asked the gentleman if he could sit my drinks to the side ill be right back with my wallet. I asked my children to sit quietly at a table while I ran to the car. when i returned, in less than 3 mins, our food was set out on the table and my children were already starting to eat. I was shocked, i havent even payed for it yet. I was heading up to the desk to pay when the same gentleman stopped me and said, " have a seat maam, Ill bring you your change." That is the best customer service I have ever had. So thankful for Chick-fil-A and their employees:)

I stopped here on a whim with my toddler on a recent weekday afternoon for a late lunch, something I hadnt tried before without my husband to help manage our energetic son. It luckily wasnt too crowded, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. As I began to sit down — trying to juggle my son, my bag, and a tray full of food — an employee swiftly came over, placed a placemat on our table for my son and made sure I could get settled okay. It was such a kind gesture! A few minutes later, our cashier stopped at our table to check on us, too. It made me feel welcomed and appreciated. On a subsequent visit during a very busy time, the staff moved quickly and kept things moving, all with friendly attitudes.

February 2nd 2017- its been 5 years since driving to this establishment. I came here, along with my sister, to get the free chicken biscuit. We ordered the chicken biscuit, tortillas strips, jalapeno salsa, Polynesian sauce, chic fil a sauce and a water. We arrived and the line was wrapped around the building. The line was moving pretty quick until we were the third car in line... We arrived shortly before 7 a. m but didnt leave until 7:20! We got our order but...there was none of the sauces nor cup of water we requested. Thanks for the promotional card offer; However, we will keep business with chic fil a in knightdale!

This Chick-fil-A is outstanding. Most all Chick-fil-As are great, but this one is extra great. They are always slammed at lunch time and manage to stay ahead of the crowd. The drive thru is super fast and the guy at the window running back and forth taking money was really helping speed things along. The food is great, as expected, and everyone there is friendly and actually wants to help you. I dont mind paying a little more than the cheap fast food places for healthier, tastier food and great service!

Worst service I have ever received at a chic-fil-A. I usually do not write reviews but it was horrible. Two of the workers were actually arguing over which one was not going to get my refill in front of me. My order was wrong and then my salad was rotten. They did give me another one and it wasnt much better. Usually love chic-fil-A but I will not go back to that one. The people sitting beside me were also talking about how bad service was.

If you want your food exactlylike you ordered, go inside. Whats the good of being fast when you dont get what you order! I have had several issues when I ask for no pickles I get pickles instead of American cheese I got pepper jack this is now the 3rd order they get wrong. I wasnt able to eat it and just wasted money they werent worth my drive back to get another disappointment. This chick FIL a is no longer for me .

Horrible service in the evening, what happened to you guys!!!! Use to go there every week with my family to get milkshakes, last time I went the milkshake was so watery, the cherry was at the very bottom of the cup, when asked them to please change it, cashier rolled her eyes, and manager got nasty as well, what a shame, if I wanted that type of service I would have gone to Burger King smh...

Chick fila is great. All of the ones Ive visited from falls of neuse, the new one by rex and this one was great. The store manager held the door for me. It was lunch they let me order breakfast. They forgot my order and when they realized I wasnt served yet they gave me a breakfast card. Wow! Now thats customer service. Im that customer that does reviews and they were all awesome.

Just wanted to say: not a good Chic Fil A for high chairs. The tables are too close together at this location forcing me to put the high chair in the aisle blocking people from walking by. Then I end up looking like an ass and people kick my babys high chair as they try to squeeze by.

Never been to a Chick-fil-A with rude staff and this location did a great job of making everyone feel welcome. When you care enough for each customer to the point where you gift their child an ice cream cone, with the sole purpose of seeing her happy, it merits a review.

This place is AMAZING. Never have I been through a drive thru and the line was wrapped around the building and was through the line in about 4 minutes. Time is so precious to me and this alone deserves 5 starts. Keep up the great work staff and management!

The service is always very good. They provide a friendly eating experience. I always look at the sanitation grade and it was good. The only issue I have is the dining room area. The past few Saturdays that I visited it was difficult to find a clean table.

OMG, If all fast-food restaurants would take a lesson from this store, fast-food would be changed forever! It was like an orchestrated symphony! Everyone had a place and knew their specific roles! Ill go out of my way to eat at this location!
