I have ordered for years from this Wingstop. However, I will not be ordering again. This time I ordered 75 wings. Cliff, the manager, proceeded to argue about the order I placed online, refused to correct the order, asked for the incorrect wings back(which is against health code isnt it? to take back food that has left the facility?), and when I asked for the General Managers number, her refused to give it to me and said Jeff is here most mornings. He said he called back but I did not answer, so he filled it despite having questions about the order. He then said the person who picked up the order approved it, which is not true. He proceeded to tell me how many stores he owned, accused me of calling him an idiot, which I did not do. I have several witnesses to my phone call. It was the rudest I have ever been treated by management. I am saddened I will not eat here anymore. Even if I was completely wrong, there is customer service. I order online all the time. If he looked at my history he would see I am a loyal customer AND I order the same thing every time, only quantity changes. However, his last response to me was, "you got what you paid for. you can order more."

Ive been eating from this location for years even before they moved. Tonight, as I usually do on every other Friday night, I placed my online order, everything was 95% correct with the exception of my veggie sticks but that was irrelevant to how ridiculously delicious my chicken was ! Its always cooked perfectly and the ranch dressing is one of my all time favorites ! I live near Brier Creek and I see the location over there all the time but its just something the one Ive always gone to. The same workers are there, they are the best as well. They keep me satisfied and coming back ! I just finished eating and was so pleased and full that I felt compelled to come write a review to give the staff praise for their consistency. Youre the best !!

Literally just left a few minutes ago and Im sitting here in the bathroom regretting the decision to have dinner here ! Ive never heard of this place until my son suggested it to me after watching and episode of The Rap Game where Rick Ross had one of the contestants work there... worst decision of my life ! We literally had to speed on the highway to get home because someone else must of had food poisoning also, they were in the bathroom for a long time ( not that I like to blow up public bathrooms but this felt like the death of me ) Never again !!!! Rick Ross can keep his wings !!! Oh and the server looked miserable... not welcoming at all . Thank God we have multiple bathrooms because my kids arent happy either.

I typically order online or via their app and just pick up my food. The to go service is excellent and I cant recall having to wait longer than a couple of minutes for my order once I arrive. The chicken is tasty without too much breading and there is a nice variety of sauces. My favorites are the cajun and original hot. The only thing I wish was a little different is the size of the non-fries sides like the potato salad and coleslaw. You get about two utensils full and its done, but the fries go for days comparatively.

So, according to a Manager there named Brittany, a customer has to buy a full combo (order w/ drink) in order to receive either blue cheese or ranch dip. I am not sure when that started but I am not going to pay up to $15 for a meal and then have to pay extra for dip. No other restaurant makes you pay extra for dip, it is usually included with the meal. I really just want to make sure that this really is not the case because I love Wingstop I enjoy the food and the older employees are great.

My last order was missing a couple wings, so it really turned out to be a light lunch for me. By the time I realized, I was already home and Im not going to drive back for a couple of wings. Not really sure how you miss the count on the number of wings someone orders, but mistakes happen.This is the only time theres been an error in my order though. The people who work here are very nice and Im not going to stop going. The wings are pretty good and the Smoke 9 flavor is delicious.

I have ordered wings from Wing Stop 3 times (I live down the street), and have been underwhelmed every time. The wings are tiny. So much so, that my wife made fun of me for eating pigeon wings. The wings are a bit under-cooked (the meat isnt as crispy as it should be and it doesnt pull away cleanly from the bone) and under-sauced. They are a bit better than Champps down the street, but thats not saying much.

I am not normally a wing person. But the BBQ wings I am now in love with.. The atomic wings were good as well. But I am hooked on those BBQ ones... I did not try the shrimp but my friend liked them alot.. The staff was nice and friendly..

I love this place!! The wings are delicious and everybody there has been very kind. The only problem is, there wings are addictive!! So good!! This is the only place I go for my wings!! Monday and Tuesday has 60 cent wings!!

These guys are awesome. Good food and good people. I have been coming here for over 10 years and they know my order by heart. Kid friendly atmosphere and free WiFi. Cant beat it

Food was good but most tables and surfaces were sticky. Watched one of the workers clean the tables with only a rag. A five year would have done a better job.
