Food is usually excellent, if expensive in comparison with other area pizza parlors, but speed of delivery is invariably an issue. I can handle the price because of the quality of the pizza, but I feel two issues with a parlor needs to be resolved.It takes at least an hour to get pizza delivered if ordered at 6pm. This needs to be much shorter, in the region of 30 mins. Will probably change pizza parlor if this persists. Without the long wait I would have given it five stars.

Terrible, one person as hostess, waitress, bussing, and answering the phone. Food was undercooked and almost inedible. I have been to many other pizza huts and have enjoyed the food. The buffet looked like an antelope that had been ravaged by a pack of hyenas, but then again how can the one person dining room staff tend to this also? Then when you are done its a 20-30 minutes wait for your check because, see the above duties for their one person dining room staff.

I went in during the lunch buffet and was appalled by how this location was run. I used to work for this company years ago, but not this particular location. It was sad to see how the pride of the business dropped. There was a line that seemed to last forever. There was one waitress for the entire restaurant doing the waiting, seating, and bussing. Didnt see any manager assisting. Very sad.

Workers and fast and ALWAYS friendly. Food always hot and ready at promised time. The bad reviews are from bitter, unrealistic people that order delivery 30 min before closing, and should be ignored. Ive never seen an employee at this pizza hut not working their tail off and still come to the register or seat you without a smile!

Had to wait 10 minutes for a table during lunch rush (even though there were open tables I had to wait, ok no big deal) Woman who came in right before I was supposed to be seated for seated by another member. Server didnt correct member or rectify mistake. I promptly left. Wont be visiting this one again.

The online order sucks to confusing,they should have few type of pizza ready to orfer with no complication, finally i got to the location the lady was awesome she took care of us in less then a minute, please fix the online order make it in a way that u put your cell number and done. MAX

Thee worst pizza hut Ive ever been to! Went in place my order for delivery waited an hour called found out they deleviered it to the wrong hotel waited another hour and got my food all wrong forgot half of my order! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN I SUGGEST YOU NEVER WAIST YOUR MONEY THERE!!

Fun little pizza night for the kids. Pizzas are always the same quality and nothing more or less is to be expected. This location has been around for a long time and I dont see it going anywhere soon with the good service and clean atmosphere.

The worst pizza Hut ever, food wasnt anything like the other pizza hut about 5 miles away I never seen flat pizza or flat bread sticks in my life but if u want dog food go here and u will end up just walking out like we did..

Close at 11:00 but they not deliver after 10:40pm If you order I am only 0.3 miles at Motel 6 Williamsville from pizza Hut I can go be cuz Ian paralyzed from my chest down every cuz I call at 10:40pm it ok hated mad

It doesnt compare to the great local pizza we have in Buffalo but if you have to eat chain pizza, like when your kids get a book it coupon, you could do worse. Service not the best even though its rarely busy.

Place was busy even though is wasnt full. Its Pizza Hut, so no matter where you go, it tastes the same. Got the medium pizza deal, so there are plenty of left overs. Not bad.
