I ordered delivery awhile back, payed with credit card. When pizza was delivered I signed slip. When I got my credit card statement the charge to pizza hut was more than the ticked I had signed, I did some checking on it and the delivery driver had added himself a $ 5.00 tip to it. After finally talking to manager about it, he didnt offer any type of reimbursement or anything. i told him I would report it to law enforcement, he said do what you got to do, I asked him what he was going to do with driver .... said it was none of my business. So I wander if it was driver or somebody at restaurant that altered the ticket. This was a while back maybe things have gotten better ?? Had to click on a star to post.

If i could give them no stars I would their service was horrible no refills rude staff and took almost a hour for our order to come out no one checked on us and the restaurant was filthy they didnt clean off any of the tables the whole time we were there and they are very slow. Bathrooms where absolutely disgusting just a very horrible experience i DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE not worth the headache

It was absolutely horrible!!!!! We were da only ppl eating at da time we went and they still managed to get our order wrong. Then our pizza was not cooked all the way. I will NEVER go back.. I was shocked cause normally it is very good... I hate I even paid fr it bt I dont like making a scene so we both jus took our loss on $44 and agreed that it was the last dlr we will ever spend with em...

Sticky floors, the carpet was so matted with grease that your sandals were pulled off your feet. Unacceptable service. Only after asking numerous times did we receive our drinks. We also had to get up, find a worker and ask for refills. The food was hot once they finally refilled the buffet. We have no plans on dining in this restaurant again

Pizza very greasey, no customer service and if you get a salad you best your own fork and your own tea. OMG THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED In MY 53 years on this planet! I am sure from the looks of things inside the restaurant no one really cares. Save your money ! GO ELSEWHERE! Nasty nasty!

Id rather eat day old little ceasers than give this pizza hut my money. Worst customer service. Not bad wings bit really sloppy nasty pizza but not worth the wait or service just for wings and ive gave them chance after chance but no more...

Friendly service for dine-in. Normal lunch buffet. I have had issues with takeout and dine-in where the staff were delayed because of talking to friends or family who stopped by bit not a big deal unless you are in a hurry.

Just dont go here, 90% pf the time you will wait forever for your food, drink refills, or general service. The food is okay, but if you get the buffet you will have to wait forever for them to restock, dont waste your money.

The service was terrible. Waited forever for my pizza. Didnt get any refills. Tables were dirty and the server was slow. I will NEVER go back. Ill stick to pizza inn in Conway. At least I got a free meal out of the ordeal
