For my 20th birthday, i called this pizza hut and ordered pizza for a party i was having at my house. After waiting an hour, i called back to make sure we had not been forgotten. The employee assured me the pizza was out the door on its way to my house. After another 45 minutes (total = 1.75 hours) I called back to learn that our pizzas had not yet left the store. Because we had to make a movie, i told them that they needed to be there within 20 minutes or we wouldnt be there to buy them. They assured me theyd be there on time. After 30 more minutes, we left for the movie, and my parents who stayed home said a pizza man never showed up. The next day i went to talk to a manager who had been working the previous evening and agreed to comp me the order that i never received. After placing the order in the system i thanked her and left. A few weeks later, when i tried to receive the order, the manager on call said they had no record of my situation on file and refused to give me any kind of discount. As it happened, the regional manager was in the store at the time as well. I explained my situation to her about how i had ordered pizza for a party that never came and how it had basically broken down the night because a dozen people were left without dinner after waiting over two hours. The regional manager was no help and refused to give me any kind of compensation. So they ruined my night and then didnt take any form of responsibility. I used to be a very loyal customer who has since gone elsewhere. Dont look for help from this Pizza Hut, and for that matter, stay away from the regional manager as well!

Work experience! Im a college student, so ordering pizza is a norm around here, but this experience was absolutely TERRIBLE! To begin, we ordered over the phone, asked for delivery and had the address REPEATED BACK TO US to make sure it was accurate. We wait..... after about an hour (the hunger is starting to set it) we call and somehow the pizza was listed under carryout and had been sitting there for 40 minutes. So, we kindly asked for them to correct their mistake by sending us a fresh pizza for delivery. Not only did we get attitude from the cashier on the phone, but the manager tried to tell us that it must have been our issue to begin with. Well, after convincing him that we arent new to this whole pizza ordering thing he agreed to deliver us a free pizza- free of charge. (good news right?), well.... after 45 more minutes (the estimated time was 30) we called back to see where on earth the pizza was and the response- I dont know the guy left her a little bit ago so he should be there eventually. Really? Well after another 45 minutes we finally got our pizza. It was obvious that it had been sitting around for a while and was absolutely not fresh. The thing is we usually order from the pizza hut on Western Blvd and have NEVER had this issue. It seems to be this particular location and from my experience: this awful manager. Dont order from here, western is right down the road and will deliver fresh pizza within the time you order it, and they are extremely polite there.

What a bunch of incompetent staff at this location and to think the person I talked to on the phone this evening after messing up our order was from corporate, what a joke! We frequently order from this Pizza Hut location 2-3 times per week and last time we ordered had a similar issue, this order that same issue plus messing up the rest of our order! Last week when we ordered online and the pizza was picked up it was a thin crust but we ordered pan. We called and they informed us they were out of original pan that we originally ordered so they made it thin. News flash, you call the customer to tell them this when you receive the order and ask if thats okay not just make it the way you please. Tonight we ordered 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks and boneless bites. The first pizza half supreme half pepperoni pan pizza was not pan because apparently they were out and it was SMOTHERED in garlic sauce when on the crust page and special instructions stated NO GARLIC SAUCE! The cheese pizza was cold and dried out since they messed up making the first pizza with wrong toppings. Even after remaking it wasnt correct as it was smothered in garlic sauce! Oh yeah about those cheese bread sticks, they forgot to make them. We grabbed our order with what we had and walked out furious! If this location cant hire competent workers to perform their job duties of making a pizza correctly and reading an order then shut the location down!

Me and my husband ordered Pizza Hut on 2 different occasions and got the same problem. We ordered the big dinner box with 2 pizzas wings and cheese sticks. On both pizzas we wanted no marinara sauce with BBQ. One was supposed to have extra BBQ and the other with regular BBQ. Well the one that was supposed to be extra had ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE WHATS SO EVER on the pizza. But ironically the one with regular sauce had the regular amount of BBQ sauce on the pizza. The first time me and my husband let it slide and just brushed it off. Well the second time it happened I was furious. I then called Pizza Hut and spoke to a young girl and she said she would give us a $10 credit for our next visit because there was a 2 hour wait for delivery when it was 9:20 pm and they closed at 11pm but we accepted the credit. She told us next time call it in it will be easier and that the credit is under my telephone number. Today we called ordered a pizza and some wings and I asked the young lady if there was a credit under my phone number because of the incident last time and she put me on hold, 2 minutes later she comes back and tells me she didnt see any credit and that the manager would do a $5 credit. I then told her just scratch the order we dont even want it and hung up. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. THE WORKERS DONT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUST WHAT TIME THEY WILL BE OFF WORK.

I place the order over the phone with the manager when i showed up to pick my order the all order was wrong . no apologies only thing came out of manager mouth oh really. wow nice way to take care the problem. i ask him please do not switch out the cheese stick and cinnamon stick from the same box because i do not eat pork. he did that any way and instant of giving me cheese stick this time i got bread stick and pizza was all wrong too. let me tell you all this is third time happen i really do not write the review online but they really push me to the edge to do that and you can all see how great comments they have. very terrible service even from the manager . i wont understand looking at all this review why pizza hut wont do any thing about that. Crapyyyyyyyyyyyyy service today they really lost one customer.
