Worst experience ever! We had a party of 8 and we stood at the front for a good minute waiting to be seated. We finally sit down and the waitress took our drink and food order. It took her at least 10 minutes to bring out the drinks. Once food started coming out we didnt get but one of our two orders of bread sticks and the sauce was cold. While eating we didnt get one refill. A person in our party spilled his drink and no one wiped the table off and took a while to get another drink. Someone of our party had to keep going up front to get a refill and it wasnt from our waitress. Also we noticed there was a family who left out because no one seated them. Another employee had a plate of pizza eating it while walking our from the back. That not how things should be when customers are standing up there. We tried to enjoy our food with no drink and plates all over our table. Its now time to go and we go up there to get the check split in 4 since there is 4 couples. The manager (male) then comes up and says corporate office doesnt allow us to split tickets. He didnt offer us any discount for the crappy service we had or as little apologized. He got an attitude because someone asked how much it was. Not how a manager is trained to handle situations. We will not be coming back to your Pizza Hut or any other Pizza Hut ran by this owner.

I cant hardly stand the Elizabethtown pizza Hut I tried to call in my order so I wouldnt have to wait but it just rang and rang they never answer the phone and it is not because they are busy it took me 15 minutes to get there and there was 2 people painting for a pizza and one man sitting down at a table using his phone so when I asked the girl why no one answered the phone she didnt even have an answer and I had to almost beg her to apologize for not answering the phone I may never go there again this happens almost every time I try to make an order over the phone.

The waitress was rude rolled her eyes when I asked for help to read menu forgot glasses.asked for a window seat not in the sun.she wants to put us in the middle she said because there are windows on both sides.table was dirty got it cleaned off.she took our order got refills from another waitress and got a to go box for us.went to pay ticket the same waitress that rook our order rang us up after we got the receipt she charged us for 4 drinks how r u going to do that if u took the to begin with.

Me an my daughter was seated an nobody came out from the back to take our drink order no take our food order. The waitress waited till me an my family was about to walk out an then she came out an Apologize saying she forgot to take our order. I talked to the manager on duty an he acted as if he didnt know what he was even doing. Dillusional Very unprofessional an I will not return an item will tell my friends an family to not eat their either. Giorgios an Dominos from hence forth!!

We have had a problem in the past with them being able to make a pizza with lite cheese but loved the pizza when it was right. We went last night to order and no one was inside eating and the help walked by us and said nothing and then the manager did also without speaking or asking if she could help us so about 3 minutes later we left

The food is always delicious!!! But the wait staff could use more training. We had to get our own silverware and ask for a knife and plates. We got our bill 20 minutes before our food...thats rediculous.
