I would give this Pizza Hut a zero rating if it were possible. I ordered pizza delivery at 4:10 PM today and my email confirmation indicated my food would be delivered at 5:05 PM. It was around 5:35 PM and my food was not delivered, so I called the store for an update. The gentleman on the phone was not empathetic and offered no apology for the delay in delivery. He told me it went out 10 minutes prior to me calling and I said okay, thank you and his response was “uhm hmm”. Around 10 minutes later, I received a phone call from the delivery driver indicating he was at the door but he did not see the door buzzer. I proceeded to tell the driver that he was at the wrong door and told him to come around to the door that’s facing the dumpster. The driver hung up on me. I attempted to call him back and he sent me to voicemail. At this time, I’m pissed at the lack of proper customer service skills and plus the long time it took for pizza delivery. I called the store to ask for a refund and I told the lady on the phone, I’m assuming the manager, that her delivery driver was ignorant and how he hung up on me. She told me well, you certainly will get a refund for speaking about my driver that way and we also will no longer deliver to your address and then she hung up on me. I had to call back and asked for a confirmation number for my refund. She provided me no information on my refund being issued. I took the time out of my day to call and report this store and its horrible employees to corporate. I could careless about them no longer delivering to me. I have a car, so I do not require delivery service. When services are being delivered, I do offer a tip. I will no longer spend my hard earned money at a place of business who displays horrible customer service. I do not tolerate the rude and disrespectful behavior. This is not the only Pizza Hut in town, so I can take my money and business elsewhere!

I rarely have a good experience with this location. The most frustrating for me was tonight when I tried to place a carry out order on my way home. Upon calling, I was asked if I was placing an order for delivery or carry out. Then was placed on hold for about 5 minutes. When they picked up the phone, I was asked for my phone number. Then asked for my apartment number. I reminded the representative that I was placing a carry out order, he insisted that he needed to update my address. So I gave him my new, updated address in Garner. I literally repeated my address about 5 or 6 times and was placed on hold in the process. Eventual another person picked up the phone, asked for my address and told me they dont deliver to Garner. (Work on Six Forks, live in Garner) Told her I was coming to pick it up and she politely took my order...twice. She repeated it back to me. When I got back to the store to pick up my food, I confirmed my food again and she told me that I ordered something slightly different. Rather than having them remake my food after realizing it was wrong, I went to the Garner location and had to pay for a corrected pizza.

This is the worst delivery and customer service Ive ever expierenced. When ordering, ther First woman I spoke with was extremely polite and sweet. I asked how long until it would be delivered and she said under an hour. I think waited an hour and 20 minutes to simply call and check the status when the woman told me that my food was delivered and she cannot stop the delivery as we already had or food, however, we did not. I explained this to her, she put me on hold for a few minutes and the food finally arrived. I understand if youre behind schedule or running late but dont tell me my food is here, then the driver comes and is holding a phone to his face and is unapologetic. She finally returned to the line to say she refused to give me a refund as I accepted the order since it had been forever, and offered 50% off. I told her how disappointed I was and she continued to be extremely rude, condescending, and completely unapologetic. I understand the food industry and dealing its the public can be rough as I do the same, but have some dignity and care in what service you provide. Never again.

INCOMPETENT! this location is a sad excuse for a pizza hut. IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! The MANAGER is IGNORANT and unprofessional, I had a bad experience and waited over an hour for an order for it to never show up... and tried talking to her about it and she got defensive and started yelling and hung up on me. The reviews of this location say it all... Don't be ignorant like the manager-TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Terrible service. I ordered my pizza and waited. One hour after ordering, I called the store for an update and was told it was out for delivery. 45 minutes later it arrived cold. I sent the pizza back to the store with the driver and disputed the charge on my credit card. With all of the options available for pizza delivery, 1 hour and 45 minutes is too long to wait for a cold pizza. Next order will go to Dominoes, Papa Johns or Jets.

First time ordering Pizza Hut here in Raleigh NC. I called an order in and the girl kept rushing me and asking am I done yet. I canceled that order so she hung up in my face without saying if it was canceled and when my money would go back on my card. , and ordered online and when I called the store another lady named Tony answered with a disgusting attitude. Food came it was cold, Fries, wings, and cheese sticks all cold and nasty.

Most horrible service I ever received they didnt take my contact info I realised called back and it turned into WWII they threatened me and kept hanging up when I was asking to candle my order would really love the number to vibrate to call and complain but when I asked I was told wouldnt nothing happen to them by employee Jeremy and on duty manager today never been more disgusted by poor customer service before in my life

pizza has been good every time i go there, its like they actually gave a damn about my meal. service has always been friendly, they all remember me as i been a regular customer for a couple of years now, eat there about once a month, and they always have some kind of deal going on. I am kind of amazed all the negative reviews, but then again you get more flies with honey than the other stuff.

I ordered a pizza at 1150am then called at 1220 to ask to add a pop the man told me my order was in the oven. I called again at 105 pmthe manager said the order was still in the hot bix. So my food was sitting in a worm box for over a balf hour n they think that is ok to sell what poor food and service if i could i wouldnt even give them one star poor poor poor
