Andrea, Michael, Matthew, Anna, Unique, and Nick all have wonderful customer service and theyre great people. Andrea and Michael have great customer service skills, in the dining room, and I would know because Im the owner of the son of Teriyakin and Im the front end manager. Our team has supperb customer service skills and we ensure that. Anyways, Michael has people skills, hes like a social butterfly. Andrea is very humble and soft hearted, she will capture you with her friendliness. As for the team, I hope they stay the team they are and if anyone separates them, they dont know how to form a good team. I do have a couple of problems with this place, they always run out of iced coffee, but they seemed to be on it because now if theyre out it comes out right away. The main concern I have, that corporate doesnt care about is the mens bathroom. Theres a big gap where anyone sits, including kids, and directly where the private parts of a person sitting would be. The sink is on the left side of that gap, basically, anyone can see into that big gap, whether they wash or dry their hands. I contacted corporate many times about this issue, but Panera Bread really doesnt care if my nephew is at potential danger from being seen by a pedifile! I posted pictures of the bathroom and I guess corporate has enough power to have them take it off of Google. How corrupt is that? I wrote a honest review and posted honest pictures, but the big guys get to cheat. Somethings very wrong! On the bright side...I love the Iced Coffee and the customer service here, they treat you as if youre a friend. I do come here everyday, so I know most things that go on, but somethings just dont matter. I gave 5 stars for the people listed above. If it wasnt for them, I would have rated 2 stars. Thank you...Andrea, Michael, Matt, Anna, Nick, and Unique! Thank you!

their food is expensive and terrible, having worked there i can tell you that even though your sandwich and soup cost about 8 dollars (a tiny half sandwich and a small bowl of "soup" or "pasta") the ingredients are probably below the grade of McDonalds, do NOT eat the meat, just dont, especially the lunch meats. the vegetables and fruit are of the lowest quality available, most of the crates of "tomatoes" (about the size of golf balls) had about a quarter of them covered in mold and dirt and same with the strawberries. the only thing you should ever get from there is the bakery items, which even though they will tell you are fresh, they are not, theyve been out at least 24 hours and the dough was not fresh to begin with but theyre still alright. Just save your money and go somewhere better, you will be doing yourself a favor.

Tried to order delivery and they did not have the particular scone available that my husband ordered online. I told them no problem just take the scone off our order and refund us the money for it. They said they can not do that. I said so Im basically paying for something I didnt receive? The manager got on the phone and confirmed that they couldnt refund our money for the scone. Which makes no sense to me at all. The manager explained that since I paid with a card he couldnt refund our money. I asked if I could give him my card number and refund me that way. He said he would not lose his job by doing that. He should loss his job for for charging us for a scone we wouldnt receive. Just seems shady to me and we will not be going to Panera again.

Recently, my overall experience at this location has become very disappointing. My orders have been prepared wrong, and very often they are out of the soup that I want. Their sanitation score is not stellar either. The other night I ordered a tomato mozzarella flatbread, and chicken noodle soup (You pick two). Well, they were out of the chicken noodle, and my second choice - black bean. So I got two flatbreads, or one whole. Each half had one small slice of tomato, and one small slice of fresh mozzarella. Maybe a quarter teaspoon of pesto, and some wilted arugula. Ten dollars for that?? Give me a break! You can get a great sandwich anywhere for less than that. Prices are going up - quality of service is going down.

Fantastic. What more can I say? Ive yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are fantastic and patient as they that youre order. They are very insightful with the pastries they sell as well. The place is always clean, food delicious, and staff friendly. I love that they have the option to order from the cashiers or use a kiosk. Just be warned, its a little more difficult with the kiosk because if you order wrong, its on you. Dont blame the staff because you typed it in wrong. The pastries are fresh made and delicious. I love their chicken tortellini! Absolutely delicious. Give this place a try, you wont be disappointed.

Rude as f**k employee asked me if I was there for a pickup order. I said yes and he told me get back to the bench and wait. So I did. 30 minute after when the order was supposed to be ready, he asked for the order name and I told him. His response "Here! Heres your order!" He was getting ready to say get the f**k out but he stopped himself at the last minute. The order was on the rapid pickup order shelf but no one mentioned a word. Not a regular panera customer so had no idea there was such a thing. Long story short if you want crappy food with rude service, head over to Panera off Walnut street in Cary, NC.

First time using the kiosks to order. While this feature is convenient there is still something to be said about human interaction in a place of business. We only talked to Andrea the girl who brought us our food. And by we I mean us and not her. She didnt say a word to us and even slid our trays to us. I get it, we all have off days but at least make the effort... that makes all the difference. Besides that there food was as expected for Panera.... fresh and delicious!

Worst Panera I have ever been to...and I frequent a lot of Paneras in different states from traveling with my daughter for soccer. The food came out on dirty plates & when asked for my food to be placed on new dishes, it was basically thrown at me. My daughters soup had hair in it and when I asked for new soup, the girl behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy. Will def NOT visit this Panera again while in NC.

They could have been more friendlier. They all looked tiered. When dealing/working with people you have to smiling. And my friend didnt received her breakfast. That the cashiers normally would have given it to you. But the server was kind enough and took care of it rapidly. And apologize.

One of our family favorite stores to eat and relax at. The food can be a bit pricey but it is always fresh and delicious. I do not think we have had one bad experience since visiting. We go often when we have extra funds and just eat, laugh, and enjoy. Stop by and see them today.
