I normally only review businesses where I have positive statements to make. I feel that my bad experience at a location does not necessarily mean that the restaurant should suffer for it, because your experience might be better than mine. However, I am so put off by this place and multiple bad experiences that I truly feel the need to warn EVERYONE from going there. There are LOTS of other choices in Charlotte, no need to support this business that treats customers so poorly. We had a reservation to start my Bachelor Party here, due to the convenient location of being next to our hotel (not due to positive experiences in the past, thats for sure). The reservation was made weeks in advance & would have been between 10 - 14 adult males all drinking alcohol and devouring wings and appetizers, etc for a few hours before moving the party to a more adult-oriented location.. The tables were not ready on time. Not really a problem, thats ok. We can work with that. The hostess showed us a small table (8 top) that was ready immediately, as well as the table(s) where we would prefer to be located, but we needed to wait 10 minutes. We chose to wait for the larger table. We stood at the front for over 30 minutes. Those of us made to stand at the front and wait included my fiances 75 year old father and my 65 year old father! The hostess offered (again) to put us at the smaller table (8 top), or we could wait for the big table.. Again we chose to wait for the larger table, as we knew that the 8-top was too small. They told us our table was ready after 35 minutes of waiting, and the manager was there helping to set the table. The problem was: the table was the smaller table that we were offered over 30 minutes prior. When I questioned the manager about it, and pointed to the tables behind us where we had been promised, he said that larger set was going to a party of 20 that was a WALK-IN behind us (a group of teenage volley ball players). I explained what we just went through, all the waiting, and the communication with the hostess, that we had a reservation for weeks - and they were not ready for us, and we had been waiting over 30 minutes for that particular table, and now he was suggesting he was going to give it to the party of 20 teenagers who cannot even order a drink from the bar? He said, "no I am not planning on giving it to them, I AM giving it to them". We left, as I would not let any of my friends or family spend single dime in a location that would talk to us that way; and we spent over 3000 dollars in food and alcohol at the Wild Wing Cafe around the corner (located in the Epicenter). I sure hope those teenagers were able to order a LOT of wings to make up for the loss of income to the bartenders!! Do yourself a favor. Do not eat here & support businesses with poor customer service in todays economy! There are plenty more deserving businesses in Charlotte that deserve the patronage, because they care!

UPDATE: Since my following review, The manager Kevin has reached out and rectified this situation. I did not receive an apology, just excuses and finger pointing, however we are happy to say it has been taken care of finally. Apparently all they needed was a Tax ID number which we personally handed to the manager the last time we were in for an event. Disorganized to say the least. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Our academy has been gathering at Buffalo Wild Wings for a year now to watch the UFC fights. When we began, we signed up for their Home Team Advantage. We chose to go there because of this and counted on the 10% return we were promised. For the last SIX months, I have been trying to get a straight answer form Kevin McMicken (general manager) and other managers I have spoken to over the months. At this point I am being hung up on and ignored. Ive been told well look into it countless times, and that I will get a phone call with information an unacceptable amount of times. Our academy was counting on that return to give back to the community and BWW has failed us and in turn the community. A straight answer is all we expect, and they have not even been able to do that. We are forced to go there in person now to resolve this issue. Very poor business, and we refuse to take our students there for future events until this is resolved. Gracie Barra is a worldwide franchise with over 400 schools around the world. We will also be contacting the Association and other schools to tell them of our experience and warn them about hosting their UFC viewings at any Buffalo Wild Wings since they do not keep their word or value our business. All of this could be prevented if their management were to help resolve this.

Absolute worst restaurant experience ever! Just so happen to go on a Tuesday night which the wings were on special (you would think that would be awesome) until they get you with they are charging for every ranch blu cheese and celery. Well what's the point of having the
special? On top of that the service was absolutely terrible! Me and my friends were simply going uptown to have a good
time. We started at NASCAR then went to the restaurant linked
to the hall of fame buffalo wild wings. The service lacked from
the start. We sat for probably 10 minutes while like 6
employees walked by the table without agknowledging us! After
the time spent in the NASCAR hall of
boredom, we were thirsty and hungry! And it just seemed
like the staff and managers seemed to occupied with each
other. While we were waiting for service I saw a blonde headed
female manager
leaning against the front counter laughing and joking around
with employees
Obviously not realizing that we were there unattended. I started
to get up to find someone and then our server came and was
so short and rude! My friends like a lotta dressing with their
wings but we were never told that we were gonna be charged
for it! Some wing special that is! I think this place needs a lotta work cause it seemed very disorganized. Food wasn't even good, Employees didn't seem to care, and the blonde chick managing seemed too preoccupied to even care about guests! The place seemed nothing more then a freakin circus!! That being
said we don't recommend this place at all! It was a very disappointing dinner experience and we won't be back

Astonishingly Mediocre Alas, this experience was everything I dislike about corporate restaurants—unenthusiastic employees following a script, slow and incompetent service, uninspiring food. While I understand that a party of 9 is a large group, the restaurant wasn’t busy during our time there at lunch, and there seemed to be no cross service to help out our waitperson. Despite being perhaps 30% full, our lunches took about 25 minutes to deliver. And the order was incomplete, one entree was incorrect, one not delivered at all. Too bad it was wings, as it took another 20 minutes for them to arrive—and these too were incorrect. I guess other than being part of the name, wings are a difficult entree to prepare. The waitperson apologized, then started complaining about the kitchen staff—true professionalism. The head host (who introduced herself as we sat and left a flyer with us) never came by to apologize. Despite us being obviously ready to go after over an hour there, the waitperson had to go back and finalize the bill, which was incorrect. We were charged for the delayed (and incorrect wings), but were not charged for the incorrect salad entree. That would somewhat make sense, but it was not mentioned by the waitperson, so I don’t know if it was a mistake or intentionally complimentary. My entree was entirely forgettable (indeed, a few days later I have no recollection of what it was). I do recall that the onion rings were soggy and greasy. The two word review: Why Bother?
