Foods always great at Five Guys, everyone knows that! The problem this time was the manager. First, I asked for three things not to be included on my order including Hot sauce which I didnt want, and she included all three on my burger. So I figured Id give it a go, and it turns out to be too hot. I take it back to have them re-do the order. Then I noticed her as she is handling the food and the grill, slide her hand (with her gloves ON by the way) across the front of the grill. She also touched her phone or tablet or device while she was working, still with gloves on, and then proceeded to handle the food. I made her very aware that this was NOT okay. If youre in the food service business, please, do your job right and dont make the rest of us eat the food that you may have contaminated. Show some respect, your texts can wait. Once again though, the food is always delicious!

Probably the best fast food style burger I can think of. The prices themselves are high, but you definitely get a lot of food. Pound for pound, it seems like you get more bang for your buck here than at many other burger joints, even though youre spending more upfront. Fries are really good too, and seem to be fresh cut daily. They have two Coke remix machines as well. Staff was friendly.

Burgers are good, Austintown OH shop is very clean and staff were very nice, but the price causes me to want to join "The Rent is Too Damn High" party! $31 for 2 burgers, 1 grilled chz, 1 fry and 2 drinks. OUCH!

The girl at the register was rude, and wouldnt stop yelling and bitching the entire time I was in there. She also barely gave me any fries at all. The food was good, but the service was absolutely horrible.
