For the third time they messed up my order, they left out an item. I called to tell them and they insisted that I didnt order the item. I sent them the email confirming that I ordered and paid for the chow mein, they insisted it wasnt ordered or paid for. They would send it again, if I agreed to pay for it. I said "no" and hung up! Last time I will be ordering from them again. Too bad, cause most of their food is good.

Flies in my food after years of eating from here. I brought the fly ridden food back and showed them and was told "theres only a few, its ok" umm no its not ok. It took them over 20 minutes to even offer me a partial refund. For food I couldnt eat. Sadly I dont think they care about cleanliness anymore.

I think its pretty shady that theres no "contact us" link on their website which by the way took forever for them to have a site. I dont think they care so much about their business otherwise they would welcome feedback and respond to reviews. Bottom line is the food is mediocre.

This was my first time ordering from them for a holiday luncheon. I was a skeptic but the food was AWESOME! However, the delivery was SLOW! They need to adjust their time management for deliveries in the future. I have since ordered from them again, and the food is still AWESOME!

Best Chinese place in the Burlington area!!! This place is to-go food only but it is well worth the drive to get it. The staff is friendly and very efficient, every time I call ahead they always have my order ready in 10 minutes and it is made to order.

I dont know what the other guy is talking about, the employees here are fantastic. They care about your business, and their food is the best in the area. Its a shame I live a block away, its almost too easy to go there every night.

Burlington Jade has the best chicken wings. I order often when I am in Burlington. Never late. Food always good. The owner is very nice and has no problem spending a few minutes for a smile and a nice talk.

Ive only ever ordered chicken wings here and there is a damn good reason. No where can I find anything better. The other stuff in the menu is good but the chicken wings...Id want that to be my last meal.

Great place for delivery. Takes a while to get there but the food is delicious. The best way to go is the dinner combos, lots of food for a good price. I recommend chicken and broccoli combo.
