Stood in line almost 10 minutes to place my order. They apparently had a call-off and were understaffed. The cashier could not get any help from the girl who was slicing bread to help bag some bagels or the older woman who usually makes the breakfast sandwiches (she always has a negative attitude). Anymore, the only reason I put up with this is I have a couple of gift cards that I have been given. Once they are gone, I am done. In the past I have done the surveys; however, nothing ever changes (nor do I ever hear from the franchisee). Its too bad, the food is usually very good.

Im sitting here in your store trying to do some work online, and freezing. Several of the customers have asked the manager to turn up the heat, and were told that they cannot control it from here. Its rediculous to look around the dining area and see people with their winter coats on and hats because its so cold. I usually frequent another competition coffee place, and after today, I will keep doing that. 10 minutes and your coffee is too cold to drink.

I used to love the coffee. The last three times Ive ordered it ....and it was fresh...I did not like the taste at all! Several of my friends also have said the coffee has changed and they wont get it anymore. They changed the menu so many times.... you like something and go to get it the next time and its gone! They had a vegetable soup with a basil pesto that was to die for! Now its off the menu!!

I stopped at the Austintown Panera bread to get a green goddess salad with chicken to go. I didnt look at until I got home, 35 miles away. My salad had 1 tiny piece of chicken and 5 miniscule pieces of avocado and 2 tiny containers of the green goddess dressing. What a rip off!! $9.29 for lettuce and a hard boiled egg and a baguette.

I have been to Paneras many times. It is a great place to relax read and sometimes even draw. Their coffees are excellent and are slightly less than Starbucks. The food is fresh and their breads are baked on a daily basis. For a quick breakfast or an early lunch , they are at the top of my list.

I love Panera and havent had a bad experience here yet. I love the fact that they are trying to become completely organic because that is very important to my family and I. I dont like the fact that they dont bring your food out, especiallywhen i have work to do. But its a minor inconvenience.

I come here all the time. Its always clean. Even with a long line it takes minutes to get through and get your food. Its of my all time favorites especially in the colder months! (broccoli cheddar soup in bread bowl is the best!)

Arrived 8. 45pm on a weekday. No soups. No pesto pasta. Seems like they stock only a limited amount of each product. Coming towards the end of day is prob not a good idea.

I love the atmosphere in this place. It (Austintown) has a nice place to sit outside but the inside is an Internet lounge that is very cozy. Fresh bread & great soups.
