Went here, and brought a friend because I thought it was so good. I was wrong. Alice was a delight and very sweet, beautiful and nice but Steph was very rude. Rushed us through the line when my friend has never been here, and rushed us through checkout and didnt ask if we wanted drinks. She also ate out of the chicken in front of customers. Thats pretty unsanitary since she reused the toothpick. Also, the rice was very unflavorful and dry, as well as the noodles. Never will I come back.

This sort of restaurant is better during the lunch or dinner rush because the food is served from steam trays. But watch carefully what you order. They will get you on the price if you are not careful. My meal cost $1.45 more than I expected because I didnt notice that spring rolls were $1.25 extra. The other $.20 was a drink upsize that I didnt actually get. Watch your receipt carefully.

The attendant Steph kept putting my 100$ bill through their broken counterfeit machine and wouldnt read it my money is not fake and you can tell its not fake without use of machine they should check every bill of everyone who pays cash and not just an Hispanic man trying to get some food. And for the record it was the new issue 100$ bills.

My wife and I have tried many of the higher-end Chinese and Asian restaurants in town, but we always end up saying, "It wasnt as good as Panda Express, and it cost twice as much." I dont like to pick national chains over home-grown local establishments, but theres a reason why theyre spreading across the country: Theyve got the taste.

The food is not asian cuisine! More like american trying to cook chinese food. Rice is not steamed, more like boiled. Teriyaki chicken, is not chicken more like rib meat. Just really not that good at all. Just my opinion. But they have some great reviews. But i dislike all around. I gave 2 stars for cleanliness and friendly.

Terrible Service. Food was old. Req fresh food got attitude. Most Oriental places give you a fair amount of food you pay for. This place gave me three strips of BEEF and nothing but WHITE rice for 6.55. What a Freaking ripp off. Advice. Go to Ichebond off Little Rock Road. 9.99 all you can eat.

I waited for 5 minutes while the woman behind the counter was on phone. After getting off the phone she didnt help me right away. Instead she changed out the food items while the line grew and again I waited another 5 minutes. I walked out and didnt place my order. SMH...poor service.

I have never been let down by the quality of their food and ingredients, which are fresh and well cooked. Not only that, but when I do have issues of any kind, their courteous staff takes care of them and makes me feel valued as a customer. I would, and do, go back frequently.

First time trying Panda Express, read one of the reviews saying praises of the orange chicken, so I ordered it... I wasnt disappointed!. The place needs to have more cleaning done since it was a little dirty in their dinning room but that is something they can easily improve.

I use to love Panda Express but this location factually uses MSG in their products, as I am allergic and it was the only meal I ate that day. As a result of poor service and horrible food, I wont be going back.
