I had a good feeling about this Panera. I was so happy that I was right. You probably already know that this Panera is inside of the mall. It may not have a standalone location, but the service and the food was amazing. I have a SUPER custom meal that I always order, especially when I visit a Panera I havent been to, and most of the franchises cannot pull it off. Not only did this Panera pull it off, but the they went one step further and gave me the actual "extra" condiments I asked for. I had the condiment in my meal with two extra containers! I consider that as paying attention to detail. I presume that not having to worry about an entire dining area helps but I just believe that when you have a good staff and good management you have good service. I highly recommend this Panera.

The manager and her staff here are absolutely amazing they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and get the best customer service and food known to man. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone this location especially. Im just blown away by them here if anything is wrong TRUST ME they will fix it and then some just to make sure you are happy. Thanks for such an outstanding experience.

I am glad to see a Panera in the Southpark Mall food court. The service is fast BUT, they often do not have all products in stock - this is the 3rd time I have been here and told "...we are all out of ___". So just be a njt flexible with your menu demands ;-). Also, refills take a bit longer since the staff have to assist with drinks.

This place is awesome. Not only is the food great but the service is better. They took it upon themselves to fix a mistake that I made. As a customer I really appreciate that and will gladly continue to give them my business.

The food is good, but the service at this Panera sucks. The people who there are rude and they have gotten my order wrong three times. Do not go to this Panera.

They dont have a dining room so it doesnt quite have that warm panera feeling, but service was great. Food was great as expected. No complaints
