Okay...I get that this is a wing place - but I was in the mood for a burger. Like a BURGER - a meaty, juicy, thick burger. Well, if thats what youre wanting this certainly is NOT your place. Ordered my burger with no bun (didnt want the carbs). After a VERY long wait I finally got my "burger" - actually finely pressed portion of ground beef smashed into something unrecognizable. Very dry, very cold, very crumbly. Yes - crumbly. This was far from a burger. I was so disappointed, I actually asked my waitress to return it to the kitchen and bring me another one. I dont EVER do that! The second one came just the same...well a few degrees warmer than the last. I couldnt eat it. It would have been bearable if it had any flavor whatsoever, but flavor it did not have. None. I probably embarrassed my husband but I bypassed the waitress (because I didnt want her to feel any worse than she already did) and asked to speak to the manager. I apologized profusely for wanting to speak with her and for my incoming complaint and then told her about the issue. She tried to tell me that the owner likes smash burger and that is the way they do things. She graciously agreed to take the charge off my bill because I didnt eat a bite. So - to the owner. If I wanted a smash burger I would go to smash burger. This burger is in no way edible. The ground beef is so over-cooked that it just crumbles when you touch it and so thin that it cant stay hot from kitchen to table. PLEASE rethink this smash burger thing. Its just awful! Im giving it 2 stars because our waitress was adorable and so apologetic and the manager was very understanding and helpful. If it werent for that, I would give this place a -1.

This place is one of my least favorite places in town. It is overpriced for the quantity and quality of food that you get. The service is extremely slow. On multiple occasions of eating here we have waited almost an hour on food only to remind our server we hadnt recieved our food and then it came out cold seconds later. On multiple occasions the food that finally comes out is wrong or not what you ordered. Many times there is a long wait while tables are open just not cleared yet. The wings they are known for are very fatty most of the time and hard to eat with that much fat and no meat on them. If you want good wings a better place to go would be Applebees across town! If I am forced to go there with my friends I now order off the kids menu so my bill alone isnt almost $20 with a tip. Spare yourself the time and go someplace else.

Great food, love their wings and you cant go wrong with big screens on the walls. The service on the other hand is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. You will wait to get your order taken, you will wait another 30 minutes for your food. When its time to bring you the bill they avoid you like the plague and if you arent drinking beer you can forget about drink refills! I have went there 4 different times, the last was during lunch and it took me 25 minutes AFTER I asked for a bill to get one. My total time there for lunch was almost 2 hours. Always a long wait due to preferential seating (i.e. if you know someone that works there you are seated first). Usually hit or miss with service, but it’s usually poor. This particular location is always filthy. Someone needs to teach the manager how to run a restaurant because it is a real blemish on this chain. Ive been to three other locations Mattoon IL, Champaign IL, and Effingham IL. All three of those stores were top notch in every category.

Just a terrible all round place. Service was slow and the food was bad. They look at us like we were stupid when we asked if they were showing the (UFC) fights. It also is small and very cramped, do not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good. Service exceptional. But damn.... Fix the a/c already. I would have stayed for a second round but it is absolutely miserable in here. I hope the new remodel includes upgrading the a/c.

Foods good. I do know one of the workers there and if b dubs lets theyre employees drink alcohol while working and pop pills and snort drugs while theyre working then I can take my money elsewhere.

Had to wait for them to clean a table. Then seat seat and table had liquid standing on them. Had to get paper towels to dry it off. Then only took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order.

Service can be pretty slow. But when youve been here as much as me (at least once a week every week since they opened) you get used to it. Just sit back. Play some trivia and watch some TV.
