Wow. Just wow. This place is PERFECT. The first time I walked into Wired I was awestruck at how adorable and comfortable the place is. Its rustic yet modern. And there are quite a few places to sit.... Well, thats if all the seats arent taken over by coffee loving college students. Tip for getting a good seat: come during the day or sometime before 8pm. I love this place not only for the comfortable setting and live music every Saturday night, but for the coffee (of course). Wired has their stuff together. I got a frozen caramel latte expecting that Id have to put several extra teaspoons of sugar to get the taste to my liking, but the coffee was PERFECT. not too sweet and not too overwhelmed with that underlying caffeinated taste. Just right. They also do coffee art if you ask! Definitely drop by if youre a coffee lover or just looking for a new place to get some studying done. Wired wont disappoint.

This place is my favorite coffee shop. I enjoy places like these to concentrate on composing music, as the lax atmosphere helps me think. So, Im there every Saturday enjoying a nice beverage based on the weather. All the people there are friendly and know how to pitch good ideas. For example, one girl offered coconut to add to my frozen chai. It was the perfect mix, and a great suggestion. The pastries are always fresh and on point. The music is always catchy and always fits the mood of the place. Best of all, the coffee is excellent quality, in my opinion. To me, the flavor and the blends all outshine Starbucks every time, and the prices are a lot friendlier to a college student. I love Wired, and it will continue to be my choice of coffee shops.

The baristas are very knowledgeable of the drinks the make and serve. Cord Rawls not only knows how to make a great drink he understands the coffee bean itself and knows where and how it is grown, roasted and brewed to make the best coffee to fill your cup. Tell him what flavors you like and he will put together a drink that will make your taste buds dance. He is my most favorite barista ever! Every drink he has made me has been better than the last! The atmosphere makes the experience even better! It is great for the college scene as well as every day people just wanting a great cup of coffee or drink. The down side is the parking. It is oftentimes hard to find a place to park.

Great LOCAL coffee shop! The coffee is very good and they offer many different options to suit everyones tastes. They also have several choices for those that dont drink coffee (who are these people?!?!?)...Ive heard the hot chocolate is fabulous, but COFFEE. The old location was good for small meetings, solo time, or catching up with friends...I expect the new location to be even better and more spacious, but with the same great vibe! I love that by buying coffee here, I am supporting a small, local business and the people from my own community that run it!

This place is great. While the prices are a little high (think Starbucks prices) the quality is certainly worth it. I like their coffee far more than any chains. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are two reasons I didnt give this 5 stars. First, they only have on espresso machine, so if there are a few people in front of you, you may be waiting for awhile. Second, the location is a bit of a pain. Their old location had easy access and ample parking, but since their expansion, both of these have become issues.

Pros: great layout and atmosphere. Its good that this area has a coffee shop now. Good wifi and accessible outlets for laptops are a nice touch. Cons: The coffee is meh. Its not bad but for Starbucks prices, I want something at least on par with them. The coffee is hot and it has caffeine. But about it. Go here. Give them money. But also encourage them to step up their flavor game. This coffee is weak on coffee goodness, and I know they could do better.

Wired is a well-designed coffee shop with good coffee. The baristas are polite, friendly, and provide excellent service. Everything about this place is great - the drinks are good, the wifi is fast, the restrooms are clean, and the location is perfect. The only improvement I can suggest is the addition of small iced drinks to the menu (currently only hot drinks are available in anything smaller than the 20 oz size).

I can not personally verify the quality of the coffee, but they do have good tea and all my friends seem to be fans. I can say that the atmosphere is very nice and all my interactions with the staff have been very good. They are very friendly and happy to give recommendations. This is a great place to hang out with friends, do some work, or srltudy. The fireplace is really nice.

This is a great start for this location. Its a very needed service for the area, and they provide a quality beverage (I had a Chai latte X2). The interior spatual design and staff-customer interaction needs a little work. Dont get me wrong, theres nothing "bad", it just doesnt have that "vibe" yet.

Im a long-time coffee drinker and I think this place is grrrreaaaat! Drinks are tasty and staff is always friendly! So glad I found this place...was afraid I was gonna be doomed to getting my coffee at The House of Burnt & Bitter. Only (small) complaint is (of course) the parking....

This is my favorite coffee bar. The atmosphere is so chill and cozy. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door. Great coffee and lovely service. I make a point of coming here whenever Im in town to visit family. Wish I could bring the whole place back to Austin with me...

This is my first stop since they moved to the new location and Wired is still bringing it. Service, atmosphere & coffee still top notch. Parking can be tight but its worth it so give yourself an extra minute to stash the car.

My service is usually nice and friendly but when I went in tonight it was horrible!! Trying to get someone to take my order was almost impossible and when he finally did it was if I was bothering him.... Huge disappointment.

Great coffee and drinks. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If your wanting to sit inside get there early, because it fills up quick early in the evening with students and they take up all the space for a long time.

Great trendy shop in the middle of Ooltewah. Youd never expect to find this urban chic business behind the blue awning but the atmosphere is as great as the coffee. Meet for a quiet date or a long study session!

This is probably one of my favorite coffee shops in town. The staff is friendly, its spacious, the seating is plentiful, there is free wifi, and best of all it is quiet. It is an ideal study/work location!
