This is my second visit of Hachi since they opened. I have to say that my first experience was mediocre at best. But after eating here today, I can say with confidence that this is truly the best bowl of ramen you can find in Phoenix. The Tonkotsu broth was not too bland nor too salty. Chashu pork slice was grilled so tender that it melts in your mouth. The Ajitama was skillfully cooked that the yolk was just right. Highly recommended! They serve beer in the restaurant now.

Ive tried every ramen place in the east valley, and this one is easily my favorite. Everything is perfect, from the firmness of the noodles to the flavorful broths. Ive been coming here since it opened earlier this year and Ive returned on a pretty much weekly basis. The owner is a really great guy and always treats me like a friend. Its definitely worth giving Hachi Ramen a try!

The ramen here is pretty good! Its definitely worth checking out. The karaage was super delicious, excellently cooked. Overall, a lot of the elements of the ramen were done really well. The eggs, meat, noodles were all great. Not my favorite broth of all time, but that is not to say that it was bad.

The ramen was absolutely delicious. Possibly the best I have tried so far. I loved the texture of the noodles. However, I dont think Ill go there again because it was far too expensive for the portion sizes. The two orders of ramen, water to drink, plus tip ended up costing $35.

Good ramen can be hard to find. The valley is lucky to have this place! The owner decided to share his love of ramen with the area and trained in Japan to serve the best. You cant go wrong with any of the flavors but the miso is my favorite!

Surprisingly really fast service with very friendly staff. Waiter checked often but not all too much which i enjoyed. Great ramen and highly recommend getting the mochi ice cream!

Great ramen prepared like you were in Japan! Had the miso ramen - broth had rich flavor and noodles were perfect. Service was exceptional. Food served quickly. Friendly staff.

Great food - the Hachi Special, Tonkotsu, and Miso are very flavorful and rich in taste. The Chashu Fried Rice is unlike any other Japanese fried rice you can find anywhere else.
