Five Guys burgers, when done properly, are the best hamburgers around. Unfortunately this particular restaurant cannot seem to get it right. Their food is consistently bad. The burgers are poorly cooked and assembled. Something is missing. The burgers here do not have the same taste or consistency as burgers from other Five Guys. Five Guys fries are usually wonderful. Here they are either overcooked with a ton of salt or they are undercooked with a ton of salt. No crispy fries here. Be careful what toppings you order. Their so-called grilled mushrooms and onions are really steamed and the extra moisture in them will make your bun soggy. If you want a good Five Guys experience try the one in Boardman or Cuyahoga Falls if you are ever in those areas. I dont know why this particular restaurants food is so off.

Excellent burger cook like I like it the fries were well done which were was very good. However this is not a place to bring your family. The music in this Five Guys Burgers and Fries along with the other seven I have tried all have very loud very loud mostly metal and heavy metal music. The customer is during their dining experience had to talk loud in order to be heard by the person across from them. I too agree it is a pricey restaurant I could not afford to take my family there on any regular basis. Thanks to the people who made my fries and sandwich exactly like I liked it.

Dining room was clean, and they have a small patio area to eat outside. Staff was friendly and suggested a regular fry to share. We should have listened instead of upgrading to a large fry... Do not get a large fry until there are more than a dozen people sharing it. After finishing our burger & hot dog, we still had enough fries to fill the cup and have a super sized McDonalds fry leftover. No wonder Ireland had a great potato famine.

Food is great and fries are even better. And the burgers are SOOO good!!!got one with cheese,bacon,Bar-B-Q sauce and A.1.sauce.It was good but messy!defenetly need extra napkins with it!!! Prices are a little to high[hate to be a broken record,but its true.]but well worth it!! Highly recommend if youre looking for awesome burgers

Its hard for me to eat at other fast food restaurants because of the quality of the food here. Why have a tiny flavorless burger elsewhere when you can have a five guys burger? This store has always been good to me. Quick service especially when you use the app to order ahead.

Pricey, but worth it... This is not your typical fast food burger. Even the hotdogs are awesome. Also a "small" fry would feed a small country. Combine that with online (or app) ordering = win
