Was given a pathetic amount of fries for a regular order (not even a full cup with literally a babys handful of additional fries dumped into the bag -- picture was taken in disbelief, I can provide it if the owner so desires) Inquired with the on duty manager (Anthony) and was told that only six additional fries are provided above and beyond the "cup" of fries. I tried to politely tell him that must be a mistake as I am a frequent visitor to the Arlington, VA location; as Ive been informed, the flagship for the franchise, and I have never received anything less than a small fortune of fries to accompany a burger. There is an enormously lettered sign, directly next to the cash registers that reads: "The most bang for your buck." I even had Anthony read it aloud back to me, but apparently the point I was trying to make was not clear. Not only did the manager (Anthony) and his staff become confrontational ([his staff began] wringing his hands as if he wanted to physically accompany his displeasure with my complaint) but they directed me to leave the store when I asked for business cards associated with the upper management and ownership of the establishment. If you have just driven down the eastern seaboard, for say 10+hours, and you are famished, might I suggest trying literally any other food service on or around the island. 0/10

Food was great as it always is at 5 guys, but this location was awful. The floor and tables had clearly not been cleaned in hours (all day?), trashcans full, out of napkins/condiments, and music was so loud we couldnt even hear our number. I saw an employee come out from behind the counter once and he just got a drink refill then went back.

Where rich people come & complain during the summer months; population triples for 3 months & the food is STILL amazing; service with a smile & though understaffed, delivers full stomachs, happy faces, & a real burger joint atmosphere. You cant keep the richest happy, so go back to Ohio!

This was a poor location. Hardly any fries were put in our large order. The cup was filled but no additional ones in the bag like they are known for. We eat at the Columbus stores all the time and have great experiences but this one is the worst we have been to.

It is the same as every Five Guys I have been too which is a good thing, I really liked their stripped down atmosphere with great burgers.

Excellent fresh-cut fries and burgers. They had a really good outdoor seating area as well with wonderful views of the palmetto trees.
