I wish I could give a negative! Worst service today. I placed an online order today. I walked in went the the online order line and wasnt helped until most of the other line was taken care of. Then they finally checked me in and my sub wasnt ready so I had to wait. What the hell is the online pickup option for if its not going to be ready when you do it. Lunch ruined out of lack of organization there. Nothing but chaos, associates not knowing whos order was whos. today was the last time I order from firehouse!!!! Ill take my business elsewhere.

Awesome experience today. I made a mistake in my order and realized it when I got my sub. I returned the sub and explained my misorder and asked to purchase another. They refused and insisted on making it the way I intended on ordering it the first time. Very kind. Been to this location about a half dozen times and its been great. Their Italian subs with cherry peppers is super!
