Me and my pregnant girlfriend just left this OG location for lunch. We both ordered their build your own pasta and chose the garlic asiago alfredo sauce. It turned out we didnt really like it with the asiago cheese crumbles on top (especially her) but we felt it was our fault for knowingly ordering these dishes so we didnt want to complain. The waiter asked us for the 3rd time how everything turned out and we couldnt just lie, we had picked around our plates quite a bit so we kindly told him we had made a bad selection. He brought the manager and they covered our whole bill and sent us home with a dessert! It was an amazing experience and my girlfriend was almost in tears at their kindness, we will certainly be back to spend our money at this location. They really know how to make a customer feel important (even when the customer is the one who messed up!)

I have been to many different Olive Gardens, and I have to say some of them have been awful, but the Merritt Island Olive Garden is THE BEST Olive Garden I have ever been to! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmousphere, while predictable and nothing unique, is still very welcoming. However, 1 or 2 of the dishes I have ordered were too salty. But the prices are very reasonable, plus all you can eat salad! You gotta love that.

Was there approximately 2 months ago w/ daughter. OUR MEAL "SUCKED!" Was GREASY, not cooked to perfection, did not taste fresh, and we were stuck w/ a $47.00 bill in the end! I called Darden Rest. and nothing was done about it! We have been lovers of Olive Garden for years, but NOT AFTER THIS past experience! The Chain itself has gotten to be FAR TOO COSTLY for what you are actually being served, and the quality of your meal...

Not just terrible service, there was no service. We were seated and forgotten. A family was seated a few minutes after us and had their drinks and ordered food. We let the hostess know about it as we walked out and a guy asked us if we were coming back. We said no. Why are you worried about us coming back? You should be worried about giving top notch service at all times. We sat for 10 minutes before we walked out.

We had a flawless visit to the Olive Garden! We had the very best of waitresses! The food was delivered with appropriate timing and with flawless presentation. I had changed the menu item to fit my preference and the chef cooked it to perfection. The visit was flawless from the hostess, to the waitress, to the chef! The restroom was clean. Bring your family to the Merritt Island Olive Garden you wont regret it.

Went to Olive garden on Merritt Island ,my husband and I place our order , bout side orders were salad they brought out my husband complete order , and my side was missing,I waited for 10 minutes , and I told the waiter about it,he return and told me that he put bout together. That was strange to me ,I think he should of ask us if we dont mind it like that ,or mention it to me ,when he brought it out.

I especially like Olive Garden for the consistency in all things considered. However this particular restaurant is in close proximity to the Cape Coral cruise ship terminal and offers a good meal prior to sailing. Knowing the food would agree with me prior to sailing gave me peace of mind. Not all restaurants are so forgiving in this manner. Thanks Olive Garden.

Everything from the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we left was absolutely magnificent. Our server Brianna was perfect. She smiled and got our food to us so fast we were able to catch our movie with time to spare!! Ill definitely recommend this place to my friends family friends and all who read this. Wonderful experience!!

Food was great as always but service was horrible. Waitress pushed drinks across the table, flatware was dirty, we were left to figure out how to pay the bill after the waitress said she would come back and did not. Expecting customers to do work that should be provided as a service is a horrible idea. I wont be back.

Friendly and courteous staff. Mario was an excellent server and was very attentive to our needs. We placed our order and each item came out quickly. The food was fresh and well seasoned. Loved the bread sticks. Wished they had Ultra on draft. Highly recommend eating here. We will be back next time in the area.

Was not impressed... This chain is falling apart. Took us 30 minutes to get seated then they put us way in the back where we noticed there was another whole empty dining room adjacent to us...support your local Italian eatery...its out there...only reason we came here was to use a gift card we were given.

Food was great and loved the wine sampling. They let you sample up to 4 different wines. Loved the Tour of Italy dishes especially the grilled chicken parmesan. Our server Anthony was awesome! We hadnt been to an Olive Garden in many years but we will be visiting again very soon.

The server was great unfortunately I cannot remember her name. We had the zucchini bites and the pizza frittata both of them were cold in the middle. I I got my grandson to meatballs they lacked flavor and the sauce for them was terrible. I will stick to eating lunch there.

We havent even finished lunch yet we just got here and im already loving it the watriss angie is very good. We ordered very quickly she didnt hurry us along.Also they usually give you one pepperchini they gave a good amount. I would refer olive garden to alot of my freinds

Successful thinking
This used to be my favorite place, but lately everything seems overly salty (salad dressing, bread sticks, etc). My favorite menu items come and go so its not always my go to. Restaurant is always clean, but sometimes there is an extremely long wait for a table.

The food is good, and theres nice ambient music, but the tablet sized screen they have on the table constantly running ads and random trivia is annoying and it seems easy for a kid to start messing with it and buy something without permission.

I went to olive garden about a month ago; a girl named Jackie was the server, she went above and beyond to make us happy, we never had to wait for a thing, she was on top of it all! she even brought us a refill drink to go! cant wait to go back
