This place is hilarious. The staff is a bunch of punks who hate their job. Last time I went through the girl just says "taco bell", so I placed my order and she just blurts out the dollar amount. So, I drive up and she just opens the window and sticks her hand out, doesnt say a word. Im thinking to myself... "okay". So I hand her the money, and I get my order. Low and behold its wrong. They added cheese when I told them not to, so hand it back over and the lady in the back literally spreads open the burrito and holds it in the air yelling at me "theres no cheese on this!". I had spread then thing open in my car and looked at it under a spot light. I know what cheese looks like. I told her I wasnt going to argue with her and there is no need to be so rude. So, they remade my now cursed burrito and the original girl just stood there, still not saying anything. I told her she should learn to be a bit more personable if she was going to work customer service. After all that mess, I apologized for any issue or stress I caused her, I think this snapped her out of her catatonic state because afterwards she actually started talking. People really know how to make the simplest things so difficult.

I usuallt dont even do reveiws, I dont put this much energy into them however I jad to this time! Dont even waste your money at this location! I came through the drive thru ordered an 12 peice with the drink. They didnt have the gallon jug lids but I was charged for the half gallon. They gave me two large drinks....right. then get home and I only have an 8 peice. Call right back they an employee answers the phone DRY...what I mean by DRY is that he was blaming me for not checking the food before I left. His reply is that it happens. I ask if he was the Manger he said no, "you didnt say you wanted the manger" are you serious its a complaint! Then he proceeds to hand the phone over to a female that says shes the manger, and shell replace the order. Only to call back to get the replaced order and find out that she wasnt the Manger either. The Manger on duty was like "Okay have a great day"...NO what about my food that you guys messed up. Sjlhe proceeds to hang up... Dont give this establishment your money, if I could give them 0stars I would, but it wouldnt let me!

I live across the street and go here sometimes when my friend comes over and wants Taco Bell. The last 3 times Ive gotten food from here have cemented the idea across to me that I shouldnt be eating their food . The first time they got my entire order wrong, not even sort of correct. The second time I had food missing from my order (they forgot to put it in the bag I guess?). And this final time (and my final time eating there), I told the employee directly which sides I wanted and how many pieces of chicken from the menu. (6 piece and potato wedges). I got 3.5 pieces of chicken and mashed potatoes. She also forgot to give me my drink and I had to remind her before I drove off. Im not coming back here.

This is the slowest restaurant Ive ever seen. Just look at the ratings and see the constant comments to that fact. Its very poorly ran. I choose not to eat here often simply because you will wait a very long time to get your order. It is very close to my home so if I want Taco Bell or KFC then this is the closest place. I just know that it is going to take me a while. They often mess up orders and frequently run out of chicken. If you have the option to drive a bit further go to another Taco Bell or KFC.

I tried to order an 8 piece bucket of extra crispy chicken with breasts and wings only. The man taking my order said they didnt have extra crispy. What I got was 4 thighs, 1 leg and 2 wings. Not only was the order short, but the quality of the chicken was extremely poor. This restaurant is, by far, the worst KFC I have experienced. My advice is to go elsewhere.

Rejected valid coupon because they couldnt confirm it was right even though it was presented as directed by the app. Points lost and no order given. Coupon had current date and time in app and stated what it was for. Manager did nothing. I rarely go to KFC and never will again after my experience with these losers. Would give negative stars if possible.

Went here today, had to wait a few minutes for my food they brought my food to me I get half way home to find out my chicken was raw and bleeding. I called back up there to speak with a manager they told me to hold on. Held on for 20 minutes no one came to the phone. Ive been calling back every 10-15 mins and the phone is still off the hook.

I love the restaurant combination known as KFC/Taco Bell. I like having options when choosing what to eat. This particular restaurants service is unsatisfactory at best. It seems every time I eat here they mess up my order and they have extraordinarily long drive through times. Eat here if you like waiting for food you dont want.

Good location with difficult access off Harrison. This is a combined KFC/Taco Bell. Friendly staff. Never had a mixed up order or problem. Wont rate the food, because you either like KFC/Taco Bell or you dont. Sometimes I am just in the mood for inexpensive tacos or burritos. They execute the concept consistently.

Fast food isnt ? No this is slow food. To make my 20$ bucket took more than 25 minutes. The meals terrible, greasy, looks nasty, I regret that I stopped by. I find out -just at home- my order is slightly different what I ordered. Better if you choose the Bojangles.

How in the world does this place stay in business?? Look at the comments. People have been having the same problems with this KFC for FIVE years or more: incompetent staff, sloooow service, unsanitary conditions. I love KFC, but I will never go to this dump again.

This is the worst combo KFC/Taco Bell Ive ever been to. Ive literally waited at the drive thru for 15 minutes with one person in front of me, no one would even take my order. When I have waited for food its trash by the time I get it. Three times tried, never again

They run out of chicken quite a bit, and they actually THINK its wrong or customers are being difficult when they are asked to cook whats ordered. You would think selling chicken is how KFC makes money. If you are buying a family meal plan on waiting for chicken.

Plan to spend 15 minutes in the drive thru...never fails...food is okay most of the time...I havent had my orders messed up like everyone else says but the wait time is ridiculous..might as well go eat at chilis. Dont get me started on Arbys...

Food is typically ok for a KFC/Taco Bell, but the staff is typically slow and unorganized. If you want your food fast then ONLY use the drive thru. If you walk in hoping to beat the drive thru line you will be tragically disappointed.
