This KFC is and has been terrible. I usually try it once a year to check to see if anything has changed but it never does. Whether its under-cooked food, rude staff, or a long wait, it never delivers. Last time I went not only was I shorted food (Did not realize until home as I went through the drive through) but the staff was very rude. When I pulled to the speaker to order, I was greeted by "Yeah, what can I getchew". I was then told that if I wanted extra crispy that I was going to have to wait "At least 10 minutes". This was 5PM on a Wednesday. I opted for regular, and still waited another 8 minutes for my food. The window person was on her phone when I pulled up, and was too busy laughing with the other staff to properly greet me. I am officially done with this location.

Staff is great. Food is as good as youd expect for fast food. People are on here reviewing this place like its a five star restaurant that cooked their steak wrong. Dont go to fast food restaurants if you want a perfect experience every time. Thats just common sense. I go here every couple weeks and never have any issues. (McDonalds is a different story)

ALWAYS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING AND STAFF STANDING AROUND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. WORST RESTAURANT IN LOCKPORT NY. MANAGERS ARENT ANY HELP EITHER. IF THE STAFF ACTUALLY WORKED MAYBE THEY WOULDNT BE OUT OF EVERYTHING BY 5PM!!! ITS A CHICKEN PLACE AND YOU HAVE NO CHICKEN AT DINNER HOUR. PATHETIC

Consistently out of "something", or they forget to include something youve ordered. Chicken over-cooked, potatoes tasted like plastic. I love KFC, but this location just cant get it together... even in the new store! I wont be returning.

I waited an hour for my good. They didnt have any extra crispy and my order was wrong??? Others were coming back to have there order corrected. Get it together guys...lots of bad reviews. Whats going on there??

Service was fast and food was what youd expect from a KFC. Store was clean as were bathrooms. Menu can be confusing with too many options but cashier help straighten us out.

Thought after moving on to Transit Rd. It would get better. 6:30 and they run out of chicken. Why take an order if you know you dont have the pieces to do so.
