One...you are never sure what type of chicken is available. Half the times they are out of crispy or regular chicken. Then...there is loooooong wait time. I just walked-our after waiting for 20 min. They could process just 2 customers ahead of me... it all comes to lack of empathy by the staff. Wonder why there are 4 cash machines when they indent to use just one of it. Got to do with this shared place they have with taco bell franchise!!!

My expectation is pretty low for taco bell/kfc, just sell me food and Ill be on my way. Still that particular location manage to be a deception... There is a lot of dirt everywhere and the bathroom as simply to be avoided. Employee are rude and put in your bag whatever they feel like to. All in all, go somewhere else.

Terrible. Couldnt hear the person behind the counter. Very unfrienldly then it took 25 minutes to get my food and was gross to top it off the place was gross DO NOT COME HERE

Disgustingly dirty... I have never seen so much trash on the floor on the side where they make your food! Tempted to contact the health inspector.....

Took 9 minutes per car to order. 45 minutes in line. Ordered 30 hot wings and two fries, got 2 fries and 2 whole wings for $15. Never again!
