Going to moon Thai was one of the worst experiences of my life. I sat a table with 4 other people, which I waited 30 minutes to sit at. Once we sat down, they asked for our order and not all of us chose to get food. The manager then came out and told us that since all of us were not getting food that we had to leave because other parties were gonna spend more money sitting at that table. Even though they kicked us out, they told us that we could still pay for our food to go. In utter disbelief, we talked to the manager. The manager took the situation so unprofessionally. He was disrespectful and did not understand where I was coming from. He did not understand what he did was wrong. He said word for word- "we have a group of people who would sit here but spend more money than you guys would, sorry" ridiculous!!!!!!!! I am outraged and I will never come back. I told him that I would not return and he said back "okay cool"

I ate at this restaurant a couple of times maybe a year or two ago, and liked it a lot. Maybe they have a new recipe or new cooks, but today I finally went to get my favorite chicken pad thai to go, and it was a total disappointment. The menu says chicken and shrimp pad thai, but there was not a single shrimp in there, barely any chicken - maybe 7 very tiny pieces, not nearly enough for an adult entrée, and way too heavy on the sauce. In all fairness, I did say chicken pad thai when I ordered, but they must have been conserving their chicken too. If anything, they should have added more chicken and not less !! If I had been dining in the restaurant, I would have returned this dish to the kitchen, but driving back just was not worth it. This restaurant is in a great location next to a movie theater so they probably do great business, but I wont go out of my way to eat there again.

From the service to the food, EVERYTHING was on point! Immediately started off with a warm welcoming environment that made you feel like you were going to have a very classy and enjoyable dining experience! Our host Josef was so accommodating to where we wanted to sit as well as recommending the most delicious foods as well! The Pad Thai was on point! The dragon rolls we ordered were beyond delicious and the wine was hands down some of the smoothest wine Ive ever had! They even wrote "happy 6 months" on our dessert to help us celebrate and enjoy our night to the fullest! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good traditional Thai or Japanese food. 12/10 would come back.

Moon Thai & Japanese Restaurant offers delicious Thai food. Especially my Go to Thai dish is the Chicken Fried Rice its just always amazing, the chef knows what there doing! Well worth the wait, when making a master piece dish ! Theyve also recently renovated the Restaurant and its twice as larger and spacious with an Urban Blend Design twist & couldnt get any better than this. First time going to this place, walked in the door and the guy at the podium on the phone ignoring us. Then he asked table or booth and we said booth is perfect, and he said just sit anywhere. Then he yells at a server "Joseph" and this server comes up to us and didnt even greet us and with an awful attitude he just asked is it only you two ? Horrible, we obviously didnt stay to eat.

Wednesday night, 9:30 p.m. At least five staff members: two asian hostesses, two asian dudes running around cleaning and stocking, and a white guy at the sushi bar. Three couples were already seated, two of those couples already eating. I ordered two simple rolls to go. The hostess that I paid with told me ten minutes. I waited 20. Sushi was mediocre. Disappointing...

Monse was our server and she was quick with our drinks and refills. Great consistent service, love the crab wontons, dynamite rolls, and Thai Currys. Manager seems to be doing a good job all around. This is the best sushi place I have ever been to. The pricing is very reasonable on some of the rolls, but the Currys price needs to come down a touch.

Our server messed up our order twice. Then she just abandoned us didnt even come to apologize to us the second time our food was wrong. We were passed around to random people and had to ask multiple times for drink refills and other basic things because our server was no where to be seen. Good food, good prices, AWFUL service.

Very, Very, VERY Great food! The service is ok....I went here for my birthday/mothers day and they forgot 3 of my family members order and we had to talk to some one to get it, it also took a while to receive the check, the thing is every other time i have been here the service was great. The food was absolutely AMAZING!

My boyfriend and I love this place ! We have been a dozen times and it never disappoints. We always get the butter chicken/ chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and its amazing. We have tried numerous Indian restaurants and nothing compares. You can tell Chef Arun really cares what he serves his customers.

Every time I come to moon Thai I have always loved my service from walking in and getting seated to leaving very pleased. Josef, our host, was very sweet, funny and actually very helpful with my choice of entree. The spicy dragon roll was AMAZING! Loved the service and the atmosphere of this place!

The food is always good,they have the best calamari but the service is not good....the first visit our waiter took our drink menu and never brought it back and the second visit the waitress didnt listen to anything we said and brought out things we didnt want and also in the wrong order

i love the moon thai fried rice there. it is a MUST TRY! it is one of the best fried rice i have ever had. make sure you squeeze some lime juice over the rice, it really does the magic! i highly recommend sushi there too. play boy roll and siam river roll are my personal favorites.

Ive been here a few times the the rolls and drinks are great my only complaint is that I dont feel like the roll the sushi tight enough so when ever you pick them up they fall apart a little. But its definitely a great place to stop and eat before or after the movies.

Although the decor was beautiful, the food was subpar. The tempura was greasy with no flavor. The sushi was overpriced and not at all good as other places with lower prices. I have to say that the service was excellent. Other than that, I probably will not return.

Went there for lunch with my wife. The food was delicious, fresh and pleasing to the eye. The ambiance of the restaurant is modern and beautiful. Our waiter was very caring and really helped us with food selection since I cannot have citrus. Highly recommend them!

The atmosphere has a lounge feel which is a nice change from the usual Coral Springs experience. I ordered Spring Rolls with Chicken and the Magic Moon Roll. Both items were good. Service was fantastic being a busy Saturday evening. Overall a decent place.
