KFC has really declined in quality last few years. Expensive for whats offered and in my opinion not worth the visit at all. Chicken tasted old and over done. Tasted bad. Tasted artificial. Tasted dry. Essentially the chicken I made 2 days ago at home are far far better, healthier and obviously much cheaper.

They are too busy shouting on the phone. Its like there being prank called. They have no time for Customers. After this i asked for a bargain bucket and they said they dont know what it is. So i said "Its a Bucket of Chicken". Who doesnt have a Bargain Bucket at KFC ridiculous

Great management. Had an issue with a drive thru person but the manager was happy to apologize and offer free food. I wish other YUM! Brands like Taco Bell in the area provided this kind of customer support. Reina for president!

Took too long to get food.. They discontinued the only sandwich I liked. And was shorted an item and was given a cookie instead.. Two different kfcs in two different states.. Will not be going back to another kfc ever againn..

Fast service, friendly staff other than the initial person who took the orders. The restaurant was much cleaner inside than most KFC Ive been to, although I almost always get carry-out.

Great customer service, the lady that took our order was extremely nice and sweet, her name was Bernice. Even gave me and my Grandmother 2 free medium drinks!!

I went to try the Zinger and was disappointed. A long time ago 10+ years maybe they had a much better Zinger. This Zinger sandwich was a joke.
