Walked in and no one was at counter. Then when supervisor asked for someone to go upfront. It was evident they werent a leader. And the person taking my order made me.feel like i was inconveniencing them. Got my food, no one asked if i need sauces or anything. Forgot to give me a spoon for mashed potatos (really liquid potatos) when i asked, again i felt i was bothering them. Leadership in store is hiring wrong people or shes more worried about being friends with employees then making sure the service standard is excellent. Whoever owns this franchose i feel sorry ypur investment is being abused.

The person that took my order on the drive thru was great. My food was correct, but I wasnt given my drink. Maybe if the girl that was at the window giving me my food wasnt so rude, I wouldve gotten my drink. She threw me my food, didnt ask if I wanted any sauce or anything. That girl really needs customer service training, I wouldnt be surprised if she is stuck with a minimum wage job for the rest of her life.

Just RUDE from the moment they spoke in the drive thru til I picked up my food at the window , then given the wrong order only to have more attitude because I explained it wasnt what I ordered . On top of that , I wasnt even offered any sauce and then more attitude when I asked for a straw for my drink . Negative stars should of been an option here cause for that service this one star is a bit to much.

I went in and the servers were uninterested in serving me, all I wanted was tater logs and two chicken strips. I get two miniscule chicken tenders along with 6 flat crusts that I cant even call trader logs. Just tater log shaped fried flower to the point where I couldnt even eat the rock hard things. Ill defiantly come back to this KFC whenever I want to be ripped off and served garbage.

I am so mad right now.... One employee literally lied about how much I owed when I finally looked at my receipt she took a dollar. What made me more mad was that we asked her a couple times how much my order was and was she sure. She also talked like she was high or something. Please dont get robbed like I did and dont come to kfc on six forks road

The employees at the Taco Bell are so getto and rude. Dont understand how they can still be in business. I rather drive miles away then to go this place. They charge you for everything. Called the manger to complain and she did not really care. No wonder the employees are the way they are. Dont go here. Eat somewhere else.

Chicken wasnt fresh nor was the biscuits I asked for another and the cashier told me theyre all like that and then he giggled, horrible management and even worse service , and this was on more than one occasion never been back and never will I would drive clear across town rather than go to this one

Sent my coworker to get me some food just now. They took 20 mins to get her the food, shes already paid. Made her late getting back, and didt have biscuits so put a dry little bun in here. Also I asked for wedges and got nasty mashed potatoes instead. So irritated. Uggh. Never again.

So Im almost done with KFC. After being constantly disappointed with the one on capital I came here. Not only did they also run out of chicken the 15 year old there had the nerve to ask me if I knew the difference between white and dark meat. Too bad churches closed down

I wish the quality of food was better but its a fast food chain so cant complain much. Although the chicken skins on the fried chicken are too fatty. Location is terrible because its right at a busy intersection and its very easy to miss the turn.

One star because there is no ability to give it zero stars. Should not even be categorized as fast food. I could have gone into a full service restaurant, ordered from a menu, eaten my meal, and paid for it in the time that I waited in line.
